About The Role

As the Marine HSE Manager at Journey Beyond, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence across our marine businesses. In this key position, you will be responsible for implementing and reviewing our comprehensive safety framework and HSE Strategic Plan, ensuring that all procedures and work practices align with relevant Australian Standards, safety legislative requirements, and corporate policies.

The Role:

Compliance:

• Creation and review of call centre scripting and QA scoring across sales, service, claims and retention teams .
• Lead Oversee the QA calibration sessions with the call centre teams
• Provide insights into the performance and risks arising from our operations (technology and call centre).

• Degree and postgraduate qualification (e.g. CA / CPA) in a relevant field such as Finance or Accounting.
• Total of 2 - 4 years of post qualification experience. Ideal for a second mover from Big4 / mid-tier accounting practice with experience in financial accounting roles in Industry.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting practices and preparation and review of tax compliance matters.
• Exposure to the Manufacturing industry including exposure to Cost Accounting and establishing systems/ processes for inventory management and reporting would be highly valuable.
• Exposure to multinational companies and multi-currency consolidation are desirable but not essential.
• Strong experience in the Xero accounting system is essential. Experience / willingness to learn and adapt to Tier 1 and 2 ERP systems is highly desirable. 
• Experience with supervision and coaching would be preferred but not required.

About the role

The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the hotel facilities are well-maintained, safe and functional. With a focus on quality and efficiency, the role requires previous hotel maintenance experience and people leadership capabilities. The responsibilities include daily plant rounds, equipment repairs and timely responses to service requests. The role requires strong mechanical skills, effective task prioritisation, and seamless collaboration with all levels of the hotel operation.

This key role within our operation, acting as a subject matter expert and due to the nature of guest's requirements, this role will be on a roster that may include working outside of normal working hours and weekends.

The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Executive will support and oversee the planning, development, execution and ongoing management of marketing campaigns for our luxury resort and lodge. This role will include:

• Assisting in the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team to develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns across all media channels and platforms (print, native advertising, digital, search, social, radio and OOH)
• Management of campaign media including bookings and material deadlines
• Identifying campaign effectiveness and making recommendations
• Defined plans across key revenue segments for the hotel including; accommodation, restaurant bookings, conferences, events and weddings
• Contribute analysis and insights to monthly marketing reports, marketing plans and post-campaign reports
• Contribute to briefs, production and on-shoot management of all asset capture, e.g. video and still shoots
