As a Customs Broker / Classifier, you are responsible to prepare customs clearance declarations on behalf of some of the most reputable companies both locally and globally for submission to Customs in compliance with national regulatory provisions and in adherence to the company’s policies and procedures. You will manage shipments by accurately classifying and valuing import and export products for customs clearance. Your goal will be to effectively and compliantly clear goods across our international border and form part of the team servicing the requirements of the clients. You will continually seek opportunities for service enhancement and improved operational processes. You will input milestones and communications within specified time frames in line with Key Performance Indicators to provide visibility for your clients.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Daily Processing: You will monitor and manage a suite of clients from document assessment through to entry submission. This includes liaising with customers and our network for missing documents and information whilst following our unique entry processing procedures using state of the art technology within our internal KPI’s 
• Daily Management: Review and respond to emails within the company policy timeframe. Liaising with customers, Customs, DAFF and colleagues in order to complete entries within internal KPI’s 
• Classification and Valuation: Assessment and review of Tariff classification information including storage of supporting information 
• Entry Processing: Pre lodge and review entries including gathering information relating to Community Protection Questions. Entering AEP commodity codes and BMSB codes on the Customs entry. Amendment of entries where required.

The General Manager for F45 Training, Inc. across the APAC region will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives related to operations management, franchise network performance, and strategic planning with the APAC franchise network. The key roles and responsibilities are:

• Assess and identify key challenges and opportunities that currently exist in the APAC network; develop strategic plan focused on driving successful recovery and ongoing operations of the region; present plans and results directly to the C-Suite and Leadership Team for discussion and approval of major strategic initiatives for the APAC region. 
• Establish strong relationships and credibility across all levels of business line management. As the APAC leader, responsible for designing performance management processes, mobility processes, and communication tools. Collaborate in design, infrastructure, and communication. 
• Maintain a collaborative, cohesive work environment by assisting, leading, and influencing the franchisor organization at various levels and with franchise partners.
• Facilitate the development and acclimatization of our franchise partners to support and deliver initiatives that support our strategic goals. Establish critical success factors, goals, and systematic key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable tracking of franchise partners’ health after new studios are opened and post-opening franchises are established.
• Establish accountability, urgency, and effectiveness while providing guidance, encouraging engagement, and providing support. This includes client relationship management (CRM), network communications, and network coordination (virtual) monthly communication. Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to your manager to better inform the team’s goals and targets.
• Coordinate with internal constituencies to produce a report that summarize the performance of the APAC franchise network; update the report on a regular basis and distribute to C-Suite and Leadership Team with key insights.
• Participate and assist in planning annual conventions, summits, seminars, and business meetings. Attend franchise grand openings as directed and coordinate with preferred “partners” on business operations and strategic events.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to deliver on brand and unit-level performance objectives by overseeing franchisee success strategies that create operational efficiencies and EBITDA growth.
• Analyze long-term requirements and make recommendations and proposals for implementing strategies geared towards driving business success in the APAC region.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring the following skills, abilities, experiences, and credentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years prior related experience in a management position within a franchise business model required. 
• Prior experience in operations leadership and/or performance management in fitness franchises preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning required. 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams required.
• Requires knowledge of fitness industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the APAC market.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing market dynamics required.
• Requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the APAC region.
