• Senior Administration Coordinator - Permanent Part Time Position
• South Hurstville Location
• Base Salary $35.30 + Super + Not for profit benefits
• Thursday & Friday - 7.5 hours per day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administration Coordinator to join our team at South Hurstville. You will be someone who thrives in a busy and challenging environment while at the same time providing great customer service to our residents and families.

Using your highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, you will provide a variety of administrative support services including:

• General reception duties including front line telephone enquiries 
• Coordinating tours with prospective new residents & families
• Managing new resident admissions documentation
• Staff rostering  
• Processing of invoices
• Managing all staff documentation and filing including coordinating onboarding of new staff
• Other general administrative tasks

To be successful in this role you will have strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. You will also need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Aged Care sector (preferred but not essential);
• Some experience with managing on-line rostering systems (Human Forces);
• Experience processing invoices using on-line systems (Basware);
• To multi-task and manage competing priorities – all with a smile on your face;
• The ability to provide leave coverage on other days (preferred but not essential)
• Must be able to provide evidence of Flu & Covid vaccination.

TMGM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industry and market research to join our team. The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO and management team to oversee various projects and initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing our competitive position in the market. In addition to project management responsibilities, the candidate will play a key role in providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and current market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct thorough industry and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
• Analyze data and insights to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and management team.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to TMGM's business.
• Support the CEO and management team in developing long-term strategic plans and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years proven experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong background in industry and market research, with a solid understanding of forex, commodities, and indices markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or market research (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
