DOF APAC has an immediate opportunity for a ROV Pilot Technician. As an ROV Pilot Technician in DOF you will have the chance to gain knowledge and collaborate with our experienced and passionate ROV team. Successful applicants will have experience working in a Marine Offshore environment, including Work Class ROV Systems preferably with (XLX).

• Ability to demonstrate 1-2 years offshore experience from ROV operations or relevant experience as a ROV Pilot Technician I or II with 100hrs Piloting competency.
• Relevant qualifications and/or one or more trade certifications in Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulics our Mechanics.
• Documented IMCA base competency log book is beneficial with an IMCA based certification.
• OGUK Medical, BOSIET CAEBS and MISC certifications are required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance function of our luxury resort and lodge. This role will draw on your hotel maintenance knowledge. Opening to the public in mid-2025, this role will be instrumental in the operationalisation of the maintenance strategy for our luxury resort and lodge.

The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the hotel facilities are well-maintained, safe and functional. With a focus on quality and efficiency, the role requires previous hotel maintenance experience and people leadership capabilities. The responsibilities include daily plant rounds, equipment repairs and timely responses to service requests. The role requires strong mechanical skills, effective task prioritisation, and seamless collaboration with all levels of the hotel operation.

This key role within our operation, acting as a subject matter expert and due to the nature of guest's requirements, this role will be on a roster that may include working outside of normal working hours and weekends.

About You

 You will rally your team, draw on the diverse skills and create environments where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. You will be:

• Self-motivated, problem solver and well organised
• Trade qualifications are advantageous, but not essential

We are looking for another member to join our international Crewing Team. The Crewing Team is accountable for resourcing and scheduling our offshore personnel across the Asia Pacific region, including our Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Deck, Marine and Supervisory personnel. As a Crewing Assistant, you will support the Crewing Coordinators with human logistics, including but not limited to assisting with visa applications, personnel manning levels and schedules, record management, onboarding, preparing employment documentation for review, and maintaining compliance reports.

The Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Executive will support and oversee the planning, development, execution and ongoing management of marketing campaigns for our luxury resort and lodge. This role will manage all creative applications for the brand, website and social media content, hotel collateral and guest materials, brochure content and pre-departure / post-travel communications. This role will work closely with the Journey Beyond Marketing & Communications team on brand positioning and management, new customer acquisition, repeat loyalty initiatives and commercial results contributing to overall business performance.

This role will include:

• Assisting in the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and wider Marketing and Communications team to develop, implement and execute marketing campaigns across all media channels and platforms (print, native advertising, digital, search, social, radio and OOH)
• Management of campaign media including bookings and material deadlines
• Identifying campaign effectiveness and making recommendations
• Defined plans across key revenue segments for the hotel including; accommodation, restaurant bookings, conferences, events and weddings
• Contribute analysis and insights to monthly marketing reports, marketing plans and post-campaign reports
• Contribute to briefs, production and on-shoot management of all asset capture, e.g. video and still shoots
• Work collaboratively with the in-house design team to ensure campaign creative and all branded collateral is created and executed in adherence to brand guidelines
• Ensure website content is kept up to date and aligned with campaign communication and initiatives, in conjunction with the Digital Performance Manager
• Support the development of a social media strategy, managing the social media calendar, content publishing, ongoing community engagement and management

About the role

About you
