JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a great communicator and collaborator with experience working as a delivery lead / account manager / project manager / customer success lead (or a similar role) to deliver world-class services for our sporting clients.

You will be client facing and work within our Digital Products team interfacing regularly with our Product Leads, QAs, Technical Leads, Developers and clients’ representatives across multiple projects.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will play a crucial role in delivering support services to our major sporting clients and ensuring great relationships and trust are built to enable future engagements.You will also be leading small projects and platform enhancements work for our clients as well as proactively engaging with client’s representatives to uncover new opportunities and ways Two Circles can support them in growing their business.

The projects and types of products we deliver for our clients is varied.We commonly deliver websites, mobile applications and digital marketing products supported by underlying technology including CMS, CRM, Data Warehouses, CDP, identity tools and a range of digital marketing tools.

Day-to-day, you will work with Product Managers and our development teams to understand the context of each project and the unique needs of our clients. Then you will use your experience and soft skills to regularly and proactively engage with the client representative to build relationships, plan maintenance and support activities, manage ongoing projects delivery, uncover new opportunities, win and plan future projects while ensuring and demonstrating them the value being delivered by Two Circles team. You will also be responsible for the 1st line support including

initial triage, prompt investigation and resolution of the support incidents according to the SLAs as well as quality assurance, release approval and all relevant client’s communications.

• Experienced in the development of service oriented and API centric architectures, with knowledge of REST, RPC, HTTP and similar protocols used in modern architectures. 

• Experience and alignment to the broader Microsoft technology stack including dotnet, Azure, C#, MSSQL, etc. 

• Proficient across SDLC including testing (unit/integration), design patterns (OOP, DDD among others) and release management (CI/CD). 

• Experience with database technologies such as relational databases (MSSQL), NoSQL (CosmosDB, Mongo), and caching technologies such as Redis. 

• Experience with front end frameworks such as React, JQuery, Vue, etc. 

• Has experience across the wider DevOps responsibilities such as monitoring (with tools like Grafana, Azure App Insights, Datadog), security, CI/CD, networking, and broad infrastructure management.

4. Mentoring and Team Support: Monitoring and training junior kitchen staff members, providing creative input on new menus, and assisting the Head and Executive Chefs in planning and preparing desserts that cater to various dietary needs.

This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. You may be required to work any of the seven days of the calendar week, including weekends and gazetted public holidays. A standard working day can consist of up to 12 working hours, within the hours of 07:00hrs and 00:00hrs.

This role is pivotal in driving new business and expanding Caleb & Brown’s reach within the cryptocurrency space. Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, you will engage in outreach, execute on growth initiatives, and help execute on Caleb & Brown’s sales strategy.

This role is a unique opportunity to make an impact within a fast-growing Australian crypto company, and as one of the first hires in the Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and drive growth initiatives in the company. Your input will be key in shaping our approach, identifying new partnership channels, and optimising current strategies to maximise partnership acquisition and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and engage potential referral partners across multiple sales channels
• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective partners, focusing on high-impact platforms while exploring and brainstorming new and innovative channels for the team to explore.
• Work alongside the Senior Business Development Manager to develop collateral used for various partner types and pitches

Sales & Relationship Management

• Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to identify new partnership opportunities and be involved in the end to end sales process from initial outreach to a signed agreement.
• Assist in the post acquisition tasks required for new partners, including onboarding new partners, maintaining clear communication and supporting each partner in their first promotional activities of C&B.
• Provide ideas and strategies to increase engagement and conversion among existing partners.
• Participate in sales calls, with the opportunity to lead calls over time, as you eventually develop your own portfolio of partners.

Strategy & Growth Initiatives

• Work collaboratively to identify and test new sales channels beyond proven winners, helping to grow Caleb & Brown’s reach and uncover new revenue and growth opportunities
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of outreach and partner acquisition, contributing ideas to optimise our processes and conversion strategies.
• Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions, bringing fresh ideas to the table and showing initiative in exploring innovative growth tactics.

Process Improvement & Analysis

• Maintain and enhance our lead generation list, ensuring that potential partners are well-researched and prioritised based on strategic goals.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to update and enhance sales collateral, ensuring alignment with Caleb & Brown’s branding and messaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in client-facing, sales, business development or crypto is a plus.
