About the Role –

Supervise, construct, maintain, coordinate and repair structures such as homes and other buildings.
Arrange and communicate with subcontractors and assess job sites.
Plan and manage the building process and get permits.
Provide cost estimates and read/interpret plans.
Demolition and excavation work.
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding.
Carry out all work in accordance with the applicable safety and accident prevention regulations.


Successful applicants will have –

High attention to detail
At least 3 years working experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs.
Technical qualification: Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Recognition certificate as a builder to carry out the scope of work for the license class or equivalent qualifications.
