VBreathe, a fast-growing company in the indoor air quality industry, is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join their team on a commission-only basis. We are looking for agents in NSW, VIC, QLD, NT and WA. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for VBreathe's innovative products and services. . We have sold over 10,000 of our Tasman air purifiers and have just launched our new PROx. The PROx has our patented dual-protection technology that delivers both in-air and on-surface sanitisation. Responsibilities:

• Uncapped Commissions
• Will run sales cycle end to end
• Prospect and generate leads to build a pipeline of potential B2B customers
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate and persuade potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information

• Proven experience as a sales representative or a similar role, preferably in a commission-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a uncapped commission sales role and you will be required to visit customer locations as required for product demonstrations. If you are based in Sydney, you are welcome to work in our office in Chastwood.

Our team are currently recruiting for a hybrid role of Contracts Asministrator & Project Coordinator. The role will be responsible for providing support to the projects team on a range of projects including providing support in managing variations, client concerns/questions and procurement. The role will be responsible for ensuring strong attention to detail as well as ensuring we meet key contractual and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate contract requirements with project managers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts, change orders, and requests for information.
• Support the project manager in monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any contract-related issues.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Assist in negotiating and resolving claims and disputes with clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess project progress and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, legal terminology, and contract law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex information.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software (Monday) and google office suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of commercial fitout regulations and building codes is a plus.

Reporting to the Maintenance Technician, Team Leader, you will work as a key member of the Maintenace team, ensuring that Aegros remains compliant with cGMP.

What you will be involved in………

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment.

• Working as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Troubleshooting system failures.
• Testing of electrical systems with heat mapping voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Responding to fault requests.
• Support managing calibration schedule.
• Installing new electrical appliances in the building.

• Adhering to safety and performance standards.

• Observing safety procedures and meeting electrical codes.

• Making decisions based on technical documents.

What we would expect from you:

At least two (2) years previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a pharmaceutical company.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Electrician qualification certificate.

• Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician.

• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Physically strong and able to stand for long periods.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The role

This role is suited to Account Executives with previous software sales experience. You would be joining a high-performing team of diverse 20+ Account Executives in Sydney.

The Role
