• Successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards to the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and the Board

• Assist in the preparation of external results reporting on the investment portfolio and preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Review memos.

• Ad hoc analysis of the project delivery workforce and allocation of funding with focus on optimisation

• To provide independent review of strategic equity investments and transactions and advice to the Group CFO

• Engage and partner with stakeholders across various parts of the Group.

As the Lifestyle Assistant at Charles O'Neill Hostel you will play a central role in supporting enriching leisure and social opportunities that support our residents to live a satisfying life. You will develop, implement and evaluate a wide range of social and leisure programs driven by the interests and needs of residents. 

Care plan development and capturing the unique stories and personal preferences of residents will be core to your understanding of their needs and their desire to participate in activities of interest to them. You will also work closely with families and volunteers as well as other clinical staff, to mentor and provide guidance when facilitating leisure activities and encouraging meaningful interaction.

What you will bring to the role:

• A fabulous attitude!
• Excellent program development and facilitation skills
• Outstanding people person skills and the ability to relate
• Strong documentation and experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
• Passion to inspire people to live their lives with purpose and meaning
• A belief that every life can be enriched through possibility
• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications or equivalent (desirable) or a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or similar
