will be providing our four-legged clients with an enjoyable and enriching socialisation experience and individual attention in a manner that ensures the health, safety, and comfort of each animal. Key Responsibilities:

Enjoyable and varied work - outdoor activities, animal care, maintenance, reception & some transport duties.
Must be available to work across a variable seven-day roster, including School Holidays(consistently), and generally
available on public holidays and Long Weekends.
Routine dog-care tasks that may be required include feeding, exercising, monitoring the health of the dogs,
photography of dogs and safe transport where relevant.
Promptly attending to issues of dog behaviour (but not limited to) dog distress, barking, or matters of dog safety.
Customer service as required, including phone enquiries, taking bookings, checking in and out, etc.
Cleaning, routine light maintenance, and other duties as required on or offsite.
Ensure the well-being of the dogs and report any health or behavioural concerns to the management.

Minimum Qualifications:

AQF Certificate III in Animal Studies or equivalent, including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF
Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) in Animal Studies.
Proven experience as a professional dog handler.
Strong understanding of canine behaviour and safe handling practices.
Knowledge of different breeds and their specific care requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.

The project will explore the molecular basis of immunity to disease, inter-individual immune variation, and vaccine responsiveness using samples from human experimental infection models or vaccination. About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead a project to develop a rationally-designed vaccine against malaria.

By taking advantage of recent advances in genomic sequencing, proteomics, transcriptional profiling, and molecular immunology, we have discovered unique targets of T cell responses or antibody responses against malaria. This NIH-funded project will test these antigens as vaccine candidates by engineering novel vaccine platforms to enhance T cell responses and assessing immunogenicity, protective capacity and biological function in pre-clinical models of malaria. By establishing proof-of-concept for rational vaccine design from genomic data, this project is expected to advance the development of an effective vaccine against malaria with implications for other challenging public health threats.

The candidate will work with national and international experts and gain experience in malaria biology, immunology and vaccinology, with a specific focus on novel vaccine technologies including mRNA and viral vector vaccine platforms.

We are currently seeking full-time Section Waiters with fine-dining experience to join our team. Immediate availability is required, and training will be provided as part of the role.

Essential Ormeggio Requirements:

Australian working rights.
Fluent English.
Essential experience, preferably with a solid understanding of Italian cuisine.
Between 18 to 36 months of experience in fine-dining or similarly esteemed hatted restaurants.
Current NSW RSA Certificate.
Completion of Certificate III in Hospitality Proficiency in wine and food knowledge.
Must be able to carry three plates.

Your roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
Inform customers about the day’s specials
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
Serve food and drink orders
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
Follow all relevant health department regulations
Provide excellent customer service to guests
