About the role

• This opening is for an Admin Officer to join our Freight Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside immediately

• This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:00.  

• Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

• Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

About the role

• This opening is for a Freight Admin Clerk to join our Team at Karawatha immediately

• This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role

• The working hours for this role are 18:00 – 02:00. This role will ideally suit somebody that is seeking PM/Night work. The successful applicant will also be eligible for a Shift Allowance.

• Create manifests, scan paperwork and ensure documentation is compliant     

• Assist revenue controllers with RPS and process proof of deliveries (POD’s)

About the role

• This is a Full time, Permanent role where you will work 7.6 hours x 5 days a week (6AM Starts)

• Provide administrative support to our workshops across the country including raising purchase orders to vendors and maintaining compliance standards and documentation

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Milton, Queensland, for our Queens Wharf Brisbane project. This is a 12-month fixed-term role and reports to the Operations Manager for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (MOD).

In this role, you will be key in managing and administering Otis NE & Mod contracts according to Otis’s ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include

• Manage and Administer Otis NE & Mod contracts according to the Otis’ ‘Sales Installation Process’ (SIP).

What you will need to be successful

• A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering is preferred, and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.

• Minimum five (5) years experience in project managing Lift installations.

• Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective planning and organizational skills.

• Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced MC Driver to commence immediately at our Bundaberg Location.  This is a Full Time Permanent Position that provides you with the opportunity to join our Dedicated Pick Up and Delivery Team that services our major clients and customers across the region.

• This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week

• Overtime will be offered throughout this role on a need by need basis

• You must hold an Unconditional MC Licence. You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have previous experience in a similar role

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• You must be able or willing to learn how to operate an RF Scanner in order to scan and assess freight

• Holding a Forklift Licence is a preferred requirement for this position

• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks safely and responsibly

• You must hold a current HC licence (or higher). You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Experience operating Prime Movers and trailers with ambient & temperature-controlled freight

• Loading and unloading pallets as required - some pallet jack use will be necessary

• Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy

• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks

About the Role

Team Global Express is currently seeking a qualified HR Driver to commence immediately at our Depot located in Emerald. This is a Full Time Permanent Role that provides you with the opportunity to join our Dedicated Pick Up and Delivery Team to service our major clients and customers throughout the Central Highlands Region. Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week. You will also receive a Location Allowance which applies to all Ordinary Hours worked prior to any Overtime Commitments.

• Must be Flexible to accommodate a Rotating Roster

• Overtime is Available for this role – Work up to 12 hours per day depending on Business Requirements. Weekend work may also be available when required.

• You must hold an Unconditional HR Licence. You must be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have previous experience in a similar role

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Complete own vehicle pre-start checks

• Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position
