About the role: We are seeking a proactive Risk Analyst to provide essential administrative support within Risk and Compliance Management and Health & Safety. You will play a key role in fostering a positive culture of safety, risk, and compliance at RSL LifeCare by coordinating activities across these areas. This role supports the Governance, Risk, and Compliance business unit by maintaining risk and safety systems, assisting with quality assurance, and managing workers' compensation activities. You will:
Engage with internal Business Units to compile risk data, track audit actions, and notify stakeholders of new or upcoming Compliance Obligations.
Administer the RiskMan Risk module, manage user access, assign tasks, and coordinate quarterly Risk Discussion meetings.
Support the RSLLC Insurance claims process, cover renewals, and maintain the crisis management key contact list.
Handle data entry, filing, wage reimbursements, invoice coding, and injury notifications to insurers via Solv Injury.
Record WHS-related meeting minutes, follow up on actions, and update health and safety content on the intranet.
Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including tracking and following up on QA actions and minor policy document updates.
Who are you:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Law, Science, or a related discipline.
Experience in risk management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
