THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

As the Digital Activation Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard of digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting, and campaign performance.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives while also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

You will also be responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and overall management of an Digital Activation Executive and Coordinator

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

• You will be responsible for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focussed testing and optimisation roadmaps.

• Paid search & social campaign management and comfortable working in-platform across SA360, Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest.
• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence Meet or surpass client performance targets
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns
• Support the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions

• Strong experience across SA360, Google Ads & Bing Ads + GA360/GA4
• Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and responsibility for reaching performance targets

The eight-week paid Radio Internship Program is an ideal opportunity for the next generation of Australia's diverse radio talent to build their skills and get real-world experience under their belt.  We're seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across our various radio departments.

Across the eight weeks, you will work alongside a variety of programs, on-air talent and experienced producers, producing content for our broadcasts and engaging with listeners. The internship will also offer opportunities to experience working in the 2GB Newsroom, alongside journalists, to understand how they generate, write and present live and recorded bulletins - as well as engaging audiences through posts on our social media platforms, marketing, or even supporting our podcasting teams! You will truly gain a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work within our Radio station. 

Based out of Pyrmont, the internship program is managed by our Radio Station & Content Manager and you will be buddied up with a Mentor for each of your rotations.

Your role will involve overseeing stock control, conducting detailed stock takes, and ensuring our stores are meticulously organised and secure.
