• Analyse historic data and interpret future demand projections for the purposes of developing service planning documents and projected facility requirements.
• Undertake the consultation for and the development of Health Services Plans, regional and local, and Assumptions Papers underpinning Services Plans.
• Develop Services Delivery Plans.
• Coordination and drafting of Business Cases and other reports as necessary.
• Preparation of Functional Briefs and further develop Models of Care arising from services planning.
• Develop Schedules of Accommodation (spatial requirements) and provide functional relationship diagrams in response to client operational requirements.

• Facilitate and document stakeholder/client consultation sessions and issues resolution.
• Make recommendations on necessary code, standards and guidelines requirements.

This is a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified Marketing Manager to join our Retail Real Estate Management team based at either Kincumber Village or a more suitable Client office. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing all centre marketing and promotional activities to assist with increasing sales as well as engaging with the community while promoting positive and productive retailer relationships.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar of promotions and other marketing activities to maximize traffic through the centres and from this develop maximum sales to individual tenants.
• Design and implement specific and targeted campaigns that will drive customer traffic and sales.
• Provide a high level of retailer engagement support to Centre Managers.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and results and report on activity in monthly management report.
• Maintain relationships with local media, other suppliers and local community groups and be actively involved in community events on behalf of the centres.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each of the centres.
• Assist the Client with development of it’s Portfolio Marketing strategy by providing expert advice and insights.
• Management of the Marketing Team (currently 1 Marketing & Community Coordinator).

• Accountable for a technical area of the GROW’s QA ecosystem.
• Ensure that we are applying the best patterns, practices and principles in that area.
• Negotiate with the business how these patterns and practices will be applied, keeping in mind the commercial reality of risk vs reward trade-offs.
• Ensure there is a consistent, robust and smooth process for delivering change and improvements to my technical area.
• Establish meaningful processes and practices for contributions to my technical area improving our ability to deliver.
• The conduit between the architect team and the squads who are contributing to my technical area.
• Build out experimental solutions within my area, to evaluate potential strategic directions.
• Ensure I understand the planned changes to my area and can talk about them with confidence.
• Curious about areas that interface with my technical area and can provide sound advice to those areas about how my solutions add value.
