The Business Banking Contact Centre supports a range of business customer’s financial needs to move their business from today into tomorrow. Our Business Banking team provide invaluable support to our frontline Relationship Managers as the first point of contact to our business and private banking customers.

As a Business Banking Associate you will receive incoming calls and provide a premium level of technical support over the phone to assist our clients with their Business Banking and their merchant facilities.

Roster

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. To be there for them every step of the way we'll need you to commit to a rotating roster which operates between the hours of:

• Monday - Sunday
• 7.00am-10.00pm
• You will need to be available to work weekends on a regular basis (every 3-6 weeks)

Training commences on the Monday 13 May  with all new starters undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full time training, Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

*Please note we cannot provide any time off during the 4 weeks training, so if you can have any upcoming leave during the training period, we recommend you apply for the next campaign later in the year.

The IT Change and Release Manager will be responsible for leading the assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of changes based on requests for change for IT Services that include infrastructure and application services.

The role will develop and implement change management practices to ensure that there are minimal disruptions and that operations are maintained across clients’ accounts and improved to meet customer requirements.

The role requires the assessment and analysis of change components, change scheduling and the adoption of appropriate controls. Additionally, the role will also coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams and customers stakeholders regarding changes.

• Lead the validation of incoming Requests for Change (RFC) and provide assurance over all stages of the unified Change Management Process and sub-processes, including the completion of impact analysis and change evaluation processes to ensure activities are in accordance with defined processes. • Coordination of patch management, release, and deployment activities.

• Negotiate and agree standard classification (prioritization and categorization) for changes, facilitate the process and manage change management procedures and policies to ensure alignment with the clients Change Management process.

• Provide assurance over change requests, attend any client Change Advisory Boards. Provide guidance and approvals for major changes or releases to be approved.

• Create and maintain the Change Management process documents (flow charts, roles and responsibilities, knowledge articles etc.) to be used by the Change Management team and 3rd party suppliers. Analyze and identify improvements and encourage the development and implementation of “pre-approved changes” to streamline regular, repeatable low risk changes.

• Qualifications in IT, business administration, commerce, change management is desirable.

• Demonstrated expertise in numerical skills, quantitative methods

• Sound understanding of financial markets and/or corporate & institutional lending products is advantageous

• Proven experience with best-practice software engineering with a high level of software engineering knowledge and ability

• Expertise as a Quantitative Developer in delivering insights and analysis to improve financial and operational risk posture

• Commercial focus to allow our business to maximise profitable growth and customer satisfaction outcomes

• An innate ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders from sales to technical leadership groups

• Continuously striving to learn new skills along with a positive ‘Can-do’ attitude
