The Team

Lyka is growing and is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Analyst that will be responsible for helping set up systems and processes for the Partnerships Team, our GTM launch for our Vet Partners Program and troubleshooting issues as we scale rapidly with a small team.

Who you are

You will create quality, efficiency and velocity for our Partnership team by building thoughful processes and automations using our CRM and supporting tech stack. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running by helping with our GTM launch for our Vet Program. As a valued contributor of our team, you will have experience delivering projects through thoughtful analysis, while having a positive impact on the health of dogs and the planet!

What you will do

• Manage our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring proper data hygiene and adherence, while collaborating with internal teams to drive new automations, processes and integrations
• Work with Lyka Pack Members to identify system gaps, errors and shortcomings while developing and owning the plan for remediation
• Project manage large scale program launches, like our upcoming Vet Program, as well as system changes and process improvements by working with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are clearly communicated
• Act as a trusted partner to our sales team by assisting with the development of sales plans and strategies, offering comprehensive operational and analytical support
• Identify and drive key projects across Lyka/Partnerships, ensuring the overall roadmap is aligned with overall internal infrastructure
• Create sales and channel dashboards incorporating performance metrics to showcase insights and communicate strategic recommendations (ex. analyse a particular strategy campaign, commission payment analysis)
• Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles in the workplace

• 3+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Enablement, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a top tier strategy consultancy environment
• Experience managing a CRM, preferably HubSpot
• An analytical and inquiring mind with the ability to communicate data into relevant insight
• Organised and concise: able to document and consolidate complicated issues into a clear, obtainable solutions
• Sales Enablement experience with onboarding, product training, sales resources, and internal content for teams
• Advanced excel skills, particularly managing a large macro-run process

Some ‘nice to have’s: (additional skills and experiences that are not necessary but would be an awesome addition)

• Previous experience with a GTM launch for a new product
• Experience working within a high-growth sales team environment
• Fluency in Tableau and/or SQL

The opportunity:

With a main focus on the Australian market the Marketing Manager alongside the Country Manager will drive growth in Australia and NZ. The broad task is to understand the Australian and NZ "Tradie" (in particular Plumbers and Electrician's) and enable them to run their businesses more profitably and efficiently. The key objective is to drive trialists and accounts, through localised multichannel marketing campaigns. 

• 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B event and field marketing management.
• Experience working on joint marketing programs with sales teams, partner teams and external organisations.
• Successful track record of developing and executing lead generating field marketing programs.
• Strong project management skills. Extremely organised and able to multitask.
• Background in Marketing Automation and CRM experience (Hubspot or similar)

The Team

Lyka is growing and looking for an exceptional VP / Head of Strategy to join our Executive Leadership Team and to lead our Strategy and Data & Analytics teams.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborating with the CEO to set Lyka’s vision and long-term strategy, encompassing new products, channels, markets, and operational investments.
• Leading the rollout of the Strategic Roadmap process across the organisation, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
• Spearheading the Financial Planning process, including support for fundraising and M&A activities.
• Defining goals and targets for key company metrics and managing the governance process to ensure their achievement.
• Mentoring and managing the Strategy and Data & Analytics teams, scaling them to meet Lyka's evolving needs.
• Developing Lyka’s long-term Data & Analytics vision and overseeing its deployment, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
• Providing leadership and support for critical business decisions, such as new product launches, market expansions, and strategic partnerships.
• Building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating on key projects.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute critical initiatives.
• Scaling existing processes and tools, as well as defining new ones, to support Lyka's continued growth.
• Upholding and embodying Lyka's values and principles in all workplace interactions and activities.

Who You Are:

You are a proven leader with a track record of success in strategic roles, ideally including experience in a top-tier management consultancy firm. Your skillset is broad, allowing you to tackle complex problems with ease and contribute meaningfully across various domains, from D2C growth to supply chain optimisation.

Your hyper-analytical and detail-oriented nature is complemented by exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You thrive in collaborative environments, influencing others with humility and eagerness to learn. A "doer" mindset drives you to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution, making things happen.

Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, showcasing your adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic settings.
