About the Role (your why)

Due to continued growth within our team, we have a newly created role in the Sydney area. Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/ fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.

This role will be based on-site in Sydney. Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, no visa sponsorships provided.

Please note that this current opportunity is for a 12-month, full time fixed-term contract.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Desktop Support Engineer you will be focused on:

• Providing excellent technical support in a high-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
• Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup.
• Ensuring new equipment, such as Laptops and Mobile phones, are up to date and deployment ready prior to release to customers
• Recording all customer contacts in the appropriate ITSM tool
• Keeping commitments to customers with regard to progress updates
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Proactively manage and maintain customer infrastructure as directed
• Initiate and drive service and process improvement

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• Exceptional customer experience with regard to end user services
• The ability to prioritise work to ensure achievement of all service level agreements
• Sound knowledge of Laptops, Desktop PC's, printers, media and audio-visual equipment, BYOD and mobility

Nice to have:

• You will bring excellent verbal and written communication and have the ability to articulate technical information to the target audience. Your professional customer service will be second to none, and you will have the ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.

We are currently looking for Full time Forklift Operator to help us grow Marley Spoon, at our new state of the art fulfilment centre located in Wetherill Park, NSW.

Your role

Our Full-time Forklift Operator/Inbound Associate will perform activities as directed in the warehouse and is responsible for following all safety, GMP, and Marley Spoon policies and procedures.

The role entails:

• Operating forklifts
• Manual handling
• General housekeeping duties
• Stocktake
• Assisting with the receiving process of all fresh stocks
• Checking PO vs. Received using RF scanners
• Separating stock for different production lines

Responsibilities:

• Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
• Locating and moving stock to pallets or crates for storage
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transporting raw materials to production staging
• Inspecting machinery to determine the need for repairs and guaranteeing safety by performing regular start-up checks
• Keeping updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Complying with company policies and legal guidelines
• Helping maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facilities
• Using RF scanners to receive POs and manage stock
• Communicating effectively with team members and other departments

• Ability to start at 4:00 AM every day (vehicle required)

MEET THE CLIENT RELATIONSHIP TEAM

Our Client Relationship Managers are the passionate product experts building trusted client relationships that turn new and existing customers into proud LEAP advocates. A team of friendly, caring problem solvers who thrive on helping others.

Reporting to the Director of Client Engagement, you will be involved in aspects of support, account management, product and feature demonstration, education of clients and more. 

Our Client Relationship Managers ensure long-term retention of our clients, maximising their satisfaction of, and loyalty to, LEAP and minimising client churn. They effectively engage with at-risk clients to win their confidence and to develop successful product adoption and retention strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Maximise the productivity of clients using LEAP by confidently demonstrating new features, products and add-ons

·        Build trusted relationships by understanding the client’s challenges and needs and provide/facilitate effective solutions

·        Work with key stakeholders (Principals and Practice Managers) to suggest improvements to productivity and utilisation using LEAP features and products

·        Identify at-risk accounts by monitoring and analysing “Client Health” metrics, NPS results and other feedback to identify clients who are not realising the full benefit from their investment in LEAP

·        Collate positive client testimonials for use in marketing material

·        Represent the voice of the client to provide input into LEAP Dev, Marketing and Sales

·        Collaborate closely with Implementations, Renewals and Companion Product teams to address issues and to identify expansion / upsell opportunities

·        Ensure all client activity is accurately logged in Salesforce (CRM) in a timely manner

·        Attend and present at conferences, roadshows, webinars, exhibitions and events, networking with existing clients and prospective clients

·        Achieve individual and team targets, including “Top 5” goals aligned with the company’s goals

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience working within the legal industry, preferably in practice management
• Proven ability to negotiate and engage in a confidence-winning manner, achieving commercial outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
• Track record of meeting and / or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders through confidence and trust
