We’re searching for two exceptional Planning Directors to join Traffik on a 12-month contract. What You’ll Do:

• Blend Brand & Shopper Insights: Shape insight-led strategies that address both brand equity and shopper engagement, aligning brand storytelling with the practicalities of purchase behaviour.
• Drive Strategic Vision: Work as a strategic lead, partnering with the Managing Partner, Account Directors, and our clients to architect multi-channel solutions that resonate across the brand activation spectrum. Your work will be pivotal in defining the strategic foundation for creative that’s as motivating as it is meaningful.
• Integrate Data & Cultural Insights: Use a blend of data-driven analysis and cultural intelligence to create strategies that inspire creative teams and deliver measurable results for our clients. Here, you’ll influence not just the “what” but the “why” of brand activation.
• Champion Innovation & Inclusivity: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, sharing best practices and inspiring others to think dynamically about brand and shopper intersections.

The role

The role

• Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required

• Experience in managing a retail team
• Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
• Ability to multi-task and build relationships
• Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
