Reporting to Account Director, you will create impact within our Client Management Capability . Overseeing the growth of existing client accounts, implementation of policies and workflows that align with the best interests of the client and agency alike. You'll ensure client satisfaction and the success and longevity of the relationship with your accounts. You'll be influential member of the team and will contribute to the strategic development of the business and deliver new revenue opportunities from your clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Build relationships with clients and key account stakeholders
• Take ownership of specific areas within our client portfolio, and act as the primary connection between Jellyfish and the client
• Create and maintain accurate documentation, including client reports, scopes, briefs and presentations
• Work with our teams to serve clients, contributing to the retention and growth of the accounts
• Align with client business objective and guide clients on their digital maturity and growth
• Stay on top of industry updates and understand priorities for your clients based on their verticals and current marketing activities

We are looking for a globally experienced operations leader to be responsible for driving customer focus, visibility and accountability across NEXTDC’s global operations.  Ensuring our data centres performance and our business performance is constantly monitored, our communications to customers is timely and appropriate, our alert capture and service flow processes are crisp and efficient - will lead to us over delivering on our brand promises and outperforming our customer’s requirements and expectations.

You’ll report to the COO and in a highly visible role collaborate with all NEXTDC’s senior executives as well as support senior customer interactions. Your focus will be on highly coherent use of alert and process tracking, deep customer and data centre experience, to drive continuous service improvement leading to high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role includes management of our Global Integrated Operations Centre, facilitating & ensuring our data centre and business performance and through supporting our client facing teams and being that reliable conduit to clients, ensure we are set up to satisfy our customer’s needs and expectations.

This Platform Solution Architect is a functional and technical expert consulting with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions based on best practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. The role requires the person to be laser-focused on solving for the most relevant customer challenges - providing support during sales cycles, on direct engagements with our Customers and Partners, and advocating for customer needs within ServiceNow (e.g., Product Management, Customer & Partner Excellence, Training & Certification).

Platform Solution Architect brings architectural guidance, business acumen in the industry (e.g., Employee Experience, Customer Service, Information Technology, etc.), along with deep product expertise, innovation, and knowledge capital to our customers and partners.

• Be a lead member of an overall engagement project team focused on delivering successful and substantive customer outcomes, focused on inter-connectivity between Workflow applications and a customer’s technology landscape, while informing customer on governance best practices
• Interacts with senior leadership or even CXO roles to support discussions related to their implementation roadmap and change management best practices for implementing applications within a Workflow
• Support pre-sales activities like conducting sales presentations, leading solutioning/scoping discussions/workshops, estimating implementation engagement efforts in partnership with Services Account Executives, Solution Sales Executives/Consultants, Sales Account Executives, and Partner Sales Organisations
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with Workflow product owners and stakeholders, to promote awareness of Workflow Solutions capabilities and roadmaps
• Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials in partnership with related Customer & Partner Excellence Team
• Enable and mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem
• Up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings

In this full-time position, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Training Planning: Conduct training needs analysis and customise courses to serve specific client needs when required, attend client meetings, assistance with training quotations and proposals and  consulting with clients and developing customised, client specific training programs.
• Training Delivery & Evaluation: Deliver Odyssey training computer courses, maintain an average of 4 billable training days per week, monitor effectiveness and quality of training, courses and courseware offered.
• Post Course Review & Support: Contact clients and trainers post course to monitor quality and provide follow-up training support and advice.
• Marketing: Work with marketing team to write online content including blogs, video scripts and presentations.
• Courseware & Training Materials – Evaluate existing and new training materials and liaise with Administration area when client requests for customised training solutions. 
• Liaise with external trainers on a regular basis and ensure a continual flow of communication is occurring.

Your role will be to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our Senior Vice President, Talent & Culture and the broader senior T&C leadership team.  Naturally proactive, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution of their daily activities. As a trusted partner, you will be managing schedules, communications, and supporting on projects to optimize the executive's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Manage the SVP’s calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency across time zones
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and organize meetings and conferences
• Collaborate with the T&C team on reports, presentations, and project coordination
• Maintain an efficient e-filing system and handle general office tasks
• Support the coordination of T&C projects and events
• Compile weekly T&C activity reports for the SLT

Communication:

• Manage calls, emails, and inquiries, acting as the SVP’s first point of contact
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and send communications to properties and business units
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items

Financial Administration:

• Process invoices and expense claims (using Concur)
• Liaise with the finance team and other internal departments with regard to payments, recharging, approvals or enquiries
