• Collaborate in influencer/content creator activities internally and externally, including creation of briefs, identifying Creator selection, providing assets and assisting in content approvals.
• Collate post campaign analysis reports to understand impact and inform future campaigns.
• Manage the creative workflow that includes creative concepting, briefing, asset delivery and coordinating where required, with both in-house Creative teams and external Creative Agencies.
• Point person for multiple B2B partners across media, tech and telcos in order to co-create and execute effective marketing activity.
• Own and manage territory budgets including day to day financial management of POs and invoicing.
• Ensure local compliance for all marketing activity across responsible territories.

The Pharmacy Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in expanding our network of high-performing, long-term pharmacy partners for uMeds. This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new dispensing partners to enhance the distribution and accessibility of prescriptions to Alternaleaf patients. • Proactively identify pharmacy partners that align with Montu's mission and goals, developing a targeted engagement plan based on communication strategies, pharmacy categorization, and conversion drivers.

Purpose of your role

A self-starter, the Senior Compliance Associate contributes Compliance expertise and data competencies to the Risk and Compliance function of OFX. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of our compliance programs and providing high-quality advisory support to the front-line teams of OFX. This role provides 2nd line of defense support to the Head of Compliance, APAC, as well as direction and guidance to Commercial, Operations and 1st Line functions, appropriately balancing business and compliance needs.

Key Aspects of the Role

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of the Australia and New Zealand AML/CTF regulatory obligations and Sanctions programs.
• Work closely across the Risk, Compliance and Fraud functions and with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure a culture of compliance is maintained.
• Provide expertise, advice and guidance to Commercial and Operations teams and other key stakeholders on enquiries and complex matters.
• Actively seek to identify and escalate for investigation of any matters which may be suspicious.
• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting and support regulator engagement.
• Contribute to the update and review of Policies, Standards and Procedures. Work closely with the Assurance and Continuous Improvements team to enhance and document our processes and procedures.

• Assisting with oversight of the licensing/regulatory controls framework.
• Review PEP approvals, sanctions alerts and escalations for MLRO approval.
• KYC Refresh review process – provide advice and support to ongoing development of client landscape.
• Provide a liaison point between compliance and the customer due diligence team to support quality onboarding of OFX customers.
• Provide guidance to frontline deal teams on Prohibited and Restricted business policies
• Support incident and breach management – providing advice to frontline teams.
• Complaints management – reviewing all incoming complaints / updates to Protecht and assist with creating risk committee and board reporting.
• Assist in preparation of annual compliance reports for Aus and NZ business units.
