Knowledge on the civil liability act (advantageous)
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be part of a team
Experience working with high-stake clients and provide strategic advice
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Law will be highly regarded

The Successful Trade candidate must possess the following:


The ability to produce high quality fabrication with accuracy.
Experience in reading and interpreting workshop drawings is essential.
Professional manner and the ability to approach situations with a positive attitude.
Effective organisation and time management skills with minimal supervision
Reliable, responsible and have good communication skills.
Strong safety awareness.

You will make and receive calls from new and existing customers all over Australia, and discuss their energy services. We will teach you everything you need to know about being a call centre representatives and how we are connecting with customers Australia wide.

Overview

• This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week with shifts Monday – Saturday
• You will be required to work 1 Saturday each month - you then get a day off in the week to substitute this
• Our hours of operation are 5am - 3pm with daylight savings and will move to 6 - 4pm post DST 
• The position is based in our Head office in Perth. Please note this role is only open to candidates based in WA who are able to attend the office.
• Fully, paid training will be provided
• Once probation is passed, you will move to a hybrid work model, working from home and in the office

What incentive can you achieve? 

• Team members are taking home on average between $200 - $500 in commission per fortnight on top of their base salary!

• $50,500 + Super + Incentives

Our client is looking for a sourcing superstar to oversee the procurement of products, utilising top-tier sourcing methodologies, robust commercial strategies, and fostering positive collaborative relationships with both external vendors and key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities of Sourcing Specialist:

Overseeing the procurement of products and services to meet profitability and service standards aligned with sales and customer strategies
Utilising commercial expertise to address sourcing inquiries effectively
Ensuring accurate maintenance of data
Enhancing processes efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies
Cultivating robust vendor relationships and coordinating with stakeholders for seamless integration with business operations
Negotiating product terms with vendors in accordance with company protocols via the ERP system
Proactively managing vendor delivery performance and rectifying non-conformance issues
Providing pertinent insights, data, and input to product teams to capitalise on vendor opportunities across product ranges
Identifying and integrating new vendors to support sourcing requirements


About you:

Demonstrated experience in procurement and end to end sourcing
Proficiency in managing diverse sourcing requests
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
Proficiency in vendor management processes and protocols
