As the first point of contact for young people, you will play a crucial role in engaging, screening, and providing effective brief interventions and single session therapy for young people (12-25 years), their families and carers.

• Engage with young people, families, and stakeholders to identify needs and determine appropriate supports and referral pathways

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (such as Youth Work, Occupational Therapy, Social Sciences, Counselling, Psychology or Social Work)
• Demonstrated experience in working with adolescents and young adults with early-stage, varied mental health presentations across the mild-moderate scale
• Highly developed assessment and therapeutic counselling skills, particularly in single session and brief intervention techniques
• Proven ability to effectively liaise, consult, negotiate, communicate, and collaborate with clients, their families, and other agencies and service providers
• Experience working across a range of flexible modalities, including group-based intervention, telehealth, and single session frameworks
• Experience working with families to deliver therapeutic interventions

In this 12 month secondment, you’ll lead a busy team of Process Specialists, working collaboratively to support our Cold Reduction Manufacturing Operations. You'll work to deliver practical improvements and carry out technical investigation and work execution.  Being producers of superior product, you'll be a subject matter expert in your field, working with data and assisting in the resourcing for trials and ensuring all works are complying with safety and environmental legislation.

What Will You Do?

Providing leadership, management and support to the Process Technologist team you'll:

• monitor the performance of the manufacturing units to meet the operating budgets, including an ongoing gap analysis of the key operational issues and areas for process improvement
• improve the technical capability of the manufacturing units through engineered process controls to improve reliability, product quality, conversion cost efficiency and energy efficiencies
• provide the strategic direction in consultation and clarify the vison for the vison and purpose for the team.

The Procurement team is responsible for contract development and ongoing contract management services of our vendors for the Manufacturing Operations teams. This collaborative team provides strategic guidance and direction to support short and long-term procurement activities, including procurement planning and tendering of services. Working closely with our vendors and managing the operation of the contract cycle, they ensure sound contract management, whilst supporting the Manufacturing teams in cost management, governance and contract administration.

In this essential role, you’ll manage the Mills and Coating portfolio of service-based contracts and assist with making informed decisions encompassing partner relationships, contracts, performance and supplier risks. You’ll work strategically to support the decision-making process through market intelligence, data collection, modelling and analysis in order to provide recommendations to optimise service delivery now, and into the future.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, located in Hastings, VIC, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers have the opportunity for flexible work arrangements. What Will You Do?

Combustion Specialists provide high level, technical and process support to the Western Port manufacturing facilities in the areas of gas system performance, gas risk, gas statutory compliance, gas supplies (pipeline bulk & cylider), combustion and instrumentation systems.  You will achieve this by:

• focusing on maintaining statutory compliance to the Gas Safety Act 1997
• audits compliance to the maintenance strategies, specifications and standards
• supporting other Technical Specialists (Gas) in meeting their roles and responsibilities
• reviewing existing maintenance strategies for combustion and instrumentation systems while recommending improved or alternative strategies
• providing technical support to investigate and repair related equipment breakdowns where required

More About You

Coming from an electrical/instrumentation background and having worked in a heavy industrial or project environment ideally with experience in industrial combustion appliances you will bring:

• an A Grade electrical licence ideally with at least 5 years post trade experience    
• Type B Restricted licence or open to complete Type B Gas restricted training and accreditation
• Certificate III/IV in Instrumentation and Control highly desirable 
• a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others, including experience in Safe work practices in an industrial environment
• experience working both independently and as part of a manufacturing team
• strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Experience in Root cause analysis processes
