SGS is seeking a Workers Compensation and Injury Management Advisor to join the team in Perth.

Duties include, however not limited to:

• Effective Lead Management for the life cycle of all claims, including national workers compensation and non-work related injuries/illnesses.
• Guide, coach and support Leaders on injury management and worker’s compensation processes, including proactive injury prevention strategies and the implementation of supportive, efficient and effective return to work practices.
• Lead the coordination of fitness for work requirements including the coordination of Random Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Liaise with medical providers and support Operations to arrange medical bookings as required.
• Assist with the classification, collation, analysis and preparation of reporting for incident and injury statistics including identification of trends and emerging issues.
• Ensure policies, procedures, guidelines and other relevant documentation are current and representative of each state’s legislative requirements.
• Assist with the development, implementation and continual improvement of health and wellness initiatives, development of resources and writing of articles for internal use.
• Maintain the health and wellness and Pre-Employment and Health Surveillance Medical SharePoint Pages.
• Establish and maintain professional networks and key partnerships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including Corporate Health Insurance Provider.

About the Accounts Officer Role:

As the Aviation Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for capturing, preparing and reconciling flight information for the purpose of financial accruals and reporting. About the role

• Team Global Express is seeking a MR Driver to commence immediately at our Brisbane Airport Depot

• This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday to Friday, 12am (Midnight) to 8am  

• The successful candidate will be offered Shift Loading on top of their Base Hourly Rate

• You must hold a current MR license (or higher).

• Unload and load vehicles using a Forklift and sort them appropriately and safely

• Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.

• Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy

• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks

• Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position

• You will hold a Valid MR Licence & Forklift Licence

• Experience operating a Truck with a Roller Bed System is preferred but not mandatory

The Role

The position of the Network Strategy Manager – Fleet is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and delivery roadmaps for TGE Fleet operations and broader TGE Network operational strategies.

This role will drive the strategy and capital planning processes to ensure that the fleet is standardised, working optimally, maximising organisational efficiencies and service performance.
 

Beyond Fleet strategy, this position will be required lead on the design and delivery of operational transformation projects and capability to execute the broader network operations strategy.  A key responsibility of this role is to maximise network standardisation and optimisation to deliver improvement in network performance, while ensuring the Network is ready to meet the future needs of the business and the customers we serve.
 

Exercising excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Functional and Divisional operational teams within the TGE network, this position is pivotal to enabling long term operational readiness, driving operational efficiencies and customer service delivery outcomes.
 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to develop and deliver the overall network fleet strategy for operations, including the development and implementation of a long term plan, in line with customer requirements and broader TGE network development strategy (network, fleet, site).

• Strategic development of the fleet model and associated capital planning processes, ensuring the fleet model it is aligned to the organisational objectives, meet the future needs of the business and the markets it serves.

• Develop fleet and other network design blueprints and project plans to ensure Network standardisation objectives are met.

• Conduct network capacity modelling on a rolling 3 – 5 year timeframe, actively managing the Network Footprint and associated Fleet strategy and Assets to support growth and efficiency

• Coordinate with divisional operations managers on supply forecast inputs, identifying service risks and opportunities (latent capacity)

• Prepare Strategy and capital planning presentation content for operations & communication.

• Support operations team education on Network capability, including transformation project scopes and deliverables, developing fit for purpose tools (process & systems)

• Own, govern and maintain the data integrity of all key design inputs to the Network strategy Fleet plan and broader Network strategy as required.

• In conjunction with the NOC Planning team, conduct scenario analysis for the supply plan and re-forecasting as required to facilitate operational decision-making and identification of transformation project priorities

• Work in a manner that is not harmful to one’s own health and safety and the health and safety of others

About the Role

This role will see you support the Sales Team, empowering them to deliver their portfolios with an exceptional customer and service experience. You will help drive accountability against KPIs and also assist the Head of to drive efficiency, visibility and exposure of the Business Development (BD) function within the wider TGE sales environment. The Sales Coordinator, in exceptional circumstances, will also manage the escalation path for new a customer to enable the BD to remain focused on core implementation and furthering the pipeline of new customers alongside. What You'll Do

• Support the management and coordination of activities relating our portfolio of Accounts
• Assist in reporting processes between Team Global Express and our accounts

• Manage service-related escalations from the customer and/or operational teams to ensure timely resolution

You will support and develop a large team of passionate community workers who provide a wide range of in-home care services to the elderly around the Sunshine Coast.Gympie and Wide Bay area.

Embark on a rewarding career where you play a pivotal role in preserving SGS's proficiency in analyzing soil, water, and air. As a permanent full time member of our Environmental team based in Perth Airport, your primary responsibility will be to assist management in conducting routine analyses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely laboratory results. 

The responsibilities though not limited to, will include:

• Undertake routine preparations and analysis of soil and water samples.
• Ensure equipment and laboratory is kept clean to avoid contamination.
• Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with written procedures.
• Understand and adapt general laboratory QA/QC criteria and NATA accreditation requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed by your Supervisor.
• Maintain and update skills, qualifications and knowledge through internal, external and on-the-job training/courses to support continuous development and improvement.
