The Role

The position of the Network Strategy Manager – Fleet is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and delivery roadmaps for TGE Fleet operations and broader TGE Network operational strategies.

This role will drive the strategy and capital planning processes to ensure that the fleet is standardised, working optimally, maximising organisational efficiencies and service performance.
 

Beyond Fleet strategy, this position will be required lead on the design and delivery of operational transformation projects and capability to execute the broader network operations strategy.  A key responsibility of this role is to maximise network standardisation and optimisation to deliver improvement in network performance, while ensuring the Network is ready to meet the future needs of the business and the customers we serve.
 

Exercising excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Functional and Divisional operational teams within the TGE network, this position is pivotal to enabling long term operational readiness, driving operational efficiencies and customer service delivery outcomes.
 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to develop and deliver the overall network fleet strategy for operations, including the development and implementation of a long term plan, in line with customer requirements and broader TGE network development strategy (network, fleet, site).

• Strategic development of the fleet model and associated capital planning processes, ensuring the fleet model it is aligned to the organisational objectives, meet the future needs of the business and the markets it serves.

• Develop fleet and other network design blueprints and project plans to ensure Network standardisation objectives are met.

• Conduct network capacity modelling on a rolling 3 – 5 year timeframe, actively managing the Network Footprint and associated Fleet strategy and Assets to support growth and efficiency

• Coordinate with divisional operations managers on supply forecast inputs, identifying service risks and opportunities (latent capacity)

• Prepare Strategy and capital planning presentation content for operations & communication.

• Support operations team education on Network capability, including transformation project scopes and deliverables, developing fit for purpose tools (process & systems)

• Own, govern and maintain the data integrity of all key design inputs to the Network strategy Fleet plan and broader Network strategy as required.

• In conjunction with the NOC Planning team, conduct scenario analysis for the supply plan and re-forecasting as required to facilitate operational decision-making and identification of transformation project priorities

• Work in a manner that is not harmful to one’s own health and safety and the health and safety of others

  • Excavators (Komatsu PC2000, PC3000, Hitachi 2600, CAT 336) with experience operating/digging in difficult and challenging terrain (such as steep mining areas) would be highly regarded

  • 5+ years relevant industry experience in Mining Operations

• Demonstrated commitment to a ‘safety first’ culture

• Self-motivation to work semi-autonomously in a small dynamic team

• Problem-solving ability and good initiative

• A strong team focus where you support and encourage your crew

About the role

In this role you will lead, plan and coordinate transport (storage and transport moves), container park operations whilst maintaining a high level of discipline around cost efficiency and business productivity. You will work in collaboration with the operations team to ensure efficient freight movement between the wharf, customers, container park, and the warehouse to meet customer (internal & external) service key performance indicators. 

What you’ll do

• Manage all transport allocation and costs in line with operational requirements, maintaining a high level of productivity in all three main operations areas:

• Wharf – Import/Export

• Container Parks – Empty De-hire and Empty Pick Ups

• Customer – DIFOT/PIFOT

• Plan and monitor daily operations of the PUD Fleet ensuring freight and container movements in accordance with business requirements, showing great leadership and direction to PUD staff and all stakeholders to ensure high level of on time outcomes.

• Plan and implement container movements based on operational requirements.

• Participate in planning sessions with the Scheduler and Warehouse team to meet customer service requirements.

• Provide guidance and direction to PUD staff and Reach Stacker Operators.

• Maintain up to date information within the WAVE, 1-Stop and Container Chain systems.

• Consider and assist with allocation of equipment to whole of network users.

• Ensure dangerous goods are handled correctly through the container park and regulations are adhered to.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in fleet operations in Transport ideally in the intermodal/wharf industry

• Sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S Legislative and Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Safety at Work, Fatigue Management, Mass Management Load Restraint and Chain of Responsibility legislative requirements.

• Understanding of the ADG 07 Code.

• Sound knowledge of Wharf Cartage, national rail line haul system, WA Road Transport legislation, regulations and permit network.

• Experience in Materials Handling process and procedures.

About the Fleet Coordinator Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join us on our friendly, fast paced and dynamic depot based in Paget, Mackay. 

You will optimise operations efficiency through effective utilisation of equipment and resources, ensuring movement of freight in accordance with schedules and time deadlines.

What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):

• Co-ordinate the allocation of workloads to maximise the efficient use of all assets

• Prepare, complete and maintain daily control and allocation of PUD fleet to ensure pick-ups are in line with customer requirements

• Provide feedback to customers internal / external as required on status of pick up and deliveries

• To ensure vehicles allocated to pick up dangerous goods comply with the Australian Dangerous Good Code

• Ensure that where bulk dangerous goods are to be picked up, the driver is holder of the appropriate licence

• Ensure compliance and contribute to the on-going development of Operational procedures and documentation consistent with the Toll Management System

• At all times, ensure employees and contractors work in accordance with the established procedures and practices of the business.

Team Global Express seeking Expressions of interest from Sales Coordinators, across the country. We are looking to bring on driven and tenacious individuals to work collaboratively across the business. As a Sales Coordinator you will be supporting our excellent Sales team with a strong focus on governance, administration, efficiency, visibility, and operations of the Sales function. About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a driven Sales Coordinator. This role will see you support the Sales Team, empowering them to deliver their portfolios with an exceptional customer and service experience. You will help drive accountability against KPIs and also assist the Head of to drive efficiency, visibility and exposure of the Business Development (BD) function within the wider TGE sales environment. The Sales Coordinator, in exceptional circumstances, will also manage the escalation path for new a customer to enable the BD to remain focused on core implementation and furthering the pipeline of new customers alongside. This role requires someone who is passionate, has great attention to detail, organised and enjoys building relationships.

What You'll Do

• Support the management and coordination of activities relating our portfolio of Accounts
• Assist in reporting processes between Team Global Express and our accounts
• Maintain accurate and up to date operational contact lists, hierarchies, and contact details in the CRM
• Prepare reporting and analysis for customers as requested
• Manage service-related escalations from the customer and/or operational teams to ensure timely resolution
• Report operational wins and improvements that can be incorporated in case studies and quarterly business reviews
• Customer list management (rate review, internal information requests etc)
• Provide data analytics and insight to aid sales team in meeting preparation
• Support BD as required to maintain Salesforce with updated accurate data
• Regularly report on team activities, including sales results, service levels, prospects, tender opportunities, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Proactively identify solutions for areas of reporting and customer metrics which could be removed and reallocated as examples of non- value add activities
• Provide feedback/updates training where improved processes could be implemented or individuals need support
• Support with onboarding customers as required

Position Overview

The Design Program Manager will help our Experience Design (XD) team in Asia Pacific operate and collaborate with other global design colleagues and stakeholder teams as they develop critical experience foundations to underpin the Autodesk Fusion cloud product.

You are a systems thinker who has had experience maturing complex, global design systems and building programs to ensure that they operate efficiently. This includes identifying where connections and processes need to be established to support critical design work that is happening between teams in the USA and Asia Pacific and ensuring that these teams are well set up to collaboratively design critical components, layouts and signature experiences that are essential for success. You are equally experienced in both managing established programs, which require strong organization, communication, and task management skills, and in identifying opportunities for improvement, applying design thinking to create successful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design Program Management focused on enabling the design of critical experience building blocks to form the foundation of Autodesk Fusion's device independent future
• Develop project plans, scope and schedule. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Develop action plans to mitigate risks. Identify alternative solutions
• Drive communication and collaboration across offices and time zones and across multiple teams including Designers, Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Architects / Tech Leads, and key stakeholders within other organizations
• Monitor program to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the program to multiple audiences, including executive management, functional management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with program management services and deliverables. Work proactively to resolve critical issues. Develop strong relationships and maintain effective communication channels
• Organize program team meetings and communications to keep team members informed and engaged
• Owning and managing programs and initiatives focused on ensuring design system maturity, design efficiency, and design impact
• Promote design-focused collaboration within the PDMS XD (Design) team and with peer organizations
• Coordinating programs to help design extensions to the core Autodesk Design System
• Design and run the governance program for the extensions to the Autodesk Design System

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years design program management experience within a software environment
• Familiarity with user-centered design practices, UX tools and techniques, and software development methods, primarily Agile
• Strong track record of managing and completing initiatives successfully
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to align goals and efforts
• Demonstrated strong writing, reporting, and documentation skills (examples may be required)
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as needed

The Role

Based at our Port Melbourne site, we have an excellent opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join the Chemistry team.

Reporting to the Section Manager Chemistry, the purpose of this role is to perform laboratory tests on chemicals, analyse test data and carry out technical functions in support of a wide variety of foods.

This role would suit someone with 1-2 years’ experience in chemical food testing and has an understanding of testing techniques.  

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of chemical testing for our products, including preparation, maintenance and analysis using a range of techniques

• Prepare and maintain lab equipment and conduct calibration verification as per the laboratory schedule

• Implement quality improvements and provide feedback on them using internal change management systems and protocols

• Follow Bega’s’ and laboratory specific OH&S policies, procedures and mandatory instructions.

• Develop own capabilities in chemical food testing by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training

About you

About the role

We are on the lookout for motivated and hardworking casual Brand Ambassadors to join our Nespresso Field Team!

Visiting key retailers, you will demonstrate the features and benefits of the Nespresso Coffee Machines whilst generating sales opportunities. Using your superior product expertise, you will passionately communicate the Nespresso coffee story and convert customer engagements into sales.

About the role

• This opening is for a Customer Service / Admin Officer to join our team in Mackay

• This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:06.  

• Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

• Manage customer and client freight queries across multiple divisions within our Mackay Depot

• Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.

• Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.

• Liaise with on site operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests in a timely manner

• Data Entry of timesheet hours, rostering and payroll data into our systems and spreadsheet trackers

• Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

• Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary

• Manage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
