The Role
?As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high standard of service, and driving profitability. You’ll work closely with the kitchen, front-of-house teams, and senior management to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. This Restaurant Manager role is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of food and beverage attendants and supervisors
Manage the restaurant, bar and in room dining
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally.
Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock management.
Create and maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of staff members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
Work with the kitchen team to monitor food quality and consistency.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
About YOU
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and inventory control.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A relevant hospitality management qualification (preferred but not required).
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
