The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Forrestfield manufacturing facility as a Team Member. Our team members support our warehouse operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. Working in a dynamic team environment, you will provide a collaborative approach to a range of tasks such as machine operation, the loading and unloading of trucks and trains, and a variety of warehouse support that is both rewarding and fun.
This exciting opportunity will allow you to receive ongoing training and support as you learn all aspects of our team member roles and whilst developing your career opportunities.
We have both a permanent role and several 12-month fixed term positions on various rotating shift patterns, operating from Monday to Friday with an opportunity to work overtime when needed.

What Will You Do?
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will be:
- assisting with the setting up, adjusting, and operating of machinery
- driving forklifts and operating cranes
- learning how to read and interpret detailed orders and product types
- be responsible for receiving and storing materials, picking and loading orders and other dispatch duties
- safely picking, loading and unloading our products from a variety of transport modes
- monitoring stock control and inventory integrity
- jumping in helping other departments when and where the need arises

- a commitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for others

- have a good understanding of Transport Chain of Responsibility
- ability to work in a range of weather conditions
- a keen eye for detail and basic computer skills
- the ability to work safely in a customer focused and productive workplace
- forklift experience desirable
