About the Role:
As an Asset Coordinator you will be involved in the lifecycle management of HW ( Telephony, Mobility, End user Compute) devices, related accessories across all Business Units and related utility services, including compliance, maintenance renewals, life cycle planning and costing. This role will manage the backend applications that support our End User devices and work with projects as an SME for any upgrades to these hardware.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the business’ needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on selected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
- Identify savings opportunities for renewals, costing services. Follow through with vendors and Associates to obtain identified savings.
- Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation & costs for devices and connection plans.
- Manage Mobility services for the monthly/weekly and daily reports for Management information.
- Managing inventory like devices, accessories and connections.
- Manage lifecycle of the User based SW Licenses for cross-functional services ( MS , Adobe, Service Now)
- Work within the Asset Management team and assist across duties as necessary.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Proficient in effectively managing inventory of devices, accessories, and connections to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
- Capable of generating, analyzing, and presenting comprehensive management reports for mobility services and other asset management activities.
- A collaborative team player adept at providing support across various functions to achieve common goals.
- Demonstrates clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable to evolving business requirements and technological advancements, maintaining flexibility to ensure organizational success.
