About the role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking an ambitious and solutions driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will have a strong focus on identifying and providing bespoke solutions to national customers in growth industries with dependencies on value added services in both the B2B and B2C environment. It will require you to have an entrepreneurial spirit and vision to create opportunities and have the ability to oversee the rollout of the operational solution. What you’ll do

• Identify and secure new customers for Team Global Express, targeting major revenue opportunities.
• Implement and monitor a customer relationship framework.
• Establish gap analysis by customer in terms of cross selling opportunities for other GE products and/or GE Group opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals/bespoke solutions to potential customers.
• Ensure all new customer experience and smooth onboarding process.
• Driving revenue growth to achieve budget. 
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key contacts in the other Team Global Express businesses to uncover and cross-sell bespoke solutions

What you’ll bring

• Unpacking, sorting and checking that receivals are correct and in good order.

• Resolve inconsistencies with incoming samples.

Position Title:  Patient Service Assistant

Reports to (position):  Dialysis Clinic Manager

Primary purpose of the role:

• To provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential:

As a qualified Heavy vehicle mechanic, you will bring your extensive experience of vehicle preventative maintenance and repairs to our fleet.

About the Role

We are looking for fun, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team of customer service consultants. Located at our Melbourne Airport Contact Centre, where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

We are currently seeking to fill multiple positions on both a full-time and part-time basis. While this ad primarily targets part-time positions, we encourage applicants interested in full-time roles to apply as well.

Training will be provided to ensure your success and confidence in the role.

What You’ll Do

• Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
• Holding a conversation while managing multiple tasks is crucial in this fast-paced role.
• Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
• Utilise our CRM systems to accurately capture customer data and service requests.

What You’ll Bring

You're a skillful communicator with a knack for adapting your style to different customer personalities and situations. Teamwork is second nature to you, and customer service is your north star. Comfortable with technology, you're adept at solving problems on-the-fly and can effortlessly multi-task across various systems. Most importantly, confidence in navigating technology is non-negotiable for you, especially in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our Environmental team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves conducting routine soil, water, and air analyses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely laboratory results. Additionally, this position is responsible for organizing and completing necessary fieldwork in the Pilbara region and surrounding areas.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Collect samples as per the schedule, including Potable Water, Waste Water, Sewage Water, Soil and Hygiene samples.
• Maintenance of all sampling and field equipment.
• Perform all required QC checks and collect required QC samples as requested.
• Liaise with clients to make site arrangements and to ensure all required equipment is taken on site in accordance with the proposal and the client’s expectations.
• Undertake routine preparations and analysis of soil and water samples.
• Ensure equipment and laboratory is kept clean to avoid contamination, and to protect company assets.
• Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with written procedures.
• Understand and adapt general laboratory QA/QC criteria and NATA accreditation requirements.
• Monitor stock levels for sampling consumables as well as assist with preparation and supply of consumables as required.
• Assist with general office and other duties as directed by your Supervisor.
