About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
• Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
• Solution Orientated
• The ability to lift up to 15kg
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
• Confidence in using smart devices and apps

As our Operations Manager, you will lead the production resources at Macspred on all production units with a high focus on quality management and systems, and work to continuously improve the capabilities, processes and assets to meet the business needs. In addition, develop and implement a suitable Quality Management System in line with both Crop Life and Syngenta standards.

Duties broadly include the following;

• Leadership of the production operations and staff in line with Macspred/Syngenta culture and strategy.
• Ensure full compliance against all local legislation, HSE and Quality standards are continuously improved and monitored.
• Ensure effective utilisation of available resources to achieve desired productivity and quality standards.
• Analyse and agree production plans for the unit, manage interfaces with support functions, monitor performance and initiate action to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ensure targets are met through effective collaboration with internal and external partners
• Identify, motivate, and coach key resources to drive and deliver improvement projects, product establishments or performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the site strategy and support implementation through proactive participation in the Site Leadership Team.
