The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking an experienced Director, Global People Partner  to support our next chapter of growth! This role will be both strategic and hands-on, improving organizational effectiveness and design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving excellence throughout our organization. Specifically, you will partner with our Product, Global Payments  and Education Business business teams and leaders and Flymates throughout the planning and execution of FlyMate (employee) programs, tying them back to business strategy and planning. • Function as a business partner with leadership teams to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies.
• Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
• Provide strategic partnership and mentorship to employees and people managers at all levels to positively impact the development, motivation, and retention of talent.
• Ensure policies, practices, and programs are administered in an equitable and consistent manner across geographies
• Development and delivery of an effective communication strategy to improve the intent and execution of business results
• Lead the development and execution of talent management processes such as quarterly and annual performance and talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement exercises in partnership with business leadership and the broader People team.
• Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and FlyMate experience in order to recommend systemic improvements

• Work with business groups to assess, create, and implement, innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.

Block has an exciting career opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Manager based in Australia (Remote) to support the Technology,Marketing, Product, BPO & Professional Services (HR, Finance, Consulting) category. This is a chance for an experienced Strategic Sourcing and Category Leader Professional. You will focus on supporting insource-outsource programs and adoption of the source-to-pay process through system optimization and proactive partner outreach along with sourcing management, contract management, and negotiation support where applicable. You will report to a Sourcing Lead within Procurement.  We ask that you have a continuous improvement philosophy, management skills, and the ability to share thoughtful education with important partners while maintaining receptiveness with important collaborators on best practices and market trends.

You Will:

• Lead Insource-Outsource Programs and guide RFX’s, Contract Negotiations and help improve APAC Procurement initiative.
