Position Summary:

With the assistance of a small team, the ICT Security Manager will lead Acquire’s Information Security capabilities focusing upon the in-depth protection of Information Assets stored, processed, or transmitted by Acquire BPO.

This is a hands-on technical and administrative role, working in a complex multi tenanted environment with highly diverse requirements across numerous countries.  As a key role in Acquire BPO’s overall capabilities you will work alongside business operations, compliance, finance, and other departments in addition to technology

This role has organisation wide visibility, accountabilities and is part of the overall Risk Governance framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small team of Information Security Specialists
• Ensure that all technical controls adopted by the company are in-place and effective.
• Ensure all technical controls are effectively monitored, administered, and maintained.
• Ensure all process relating to the ongoing operation of each technical control are current, appropriate, and monitored for effectiveness.
• Provide advice in a consulting capacity to other aspect of the business with regard to the securing and protection of any information assets stored, processed or transmitted by Acquire.
• Exert continuous effort to further the protection of Information Assets.
• Participate in the investigation of Information Security Incidents, providing subject matter expertise and lead all technical aspects of the Investigation.
• Actively promote within the company and to our Customers ongoing awareness and opportunities for improvement in Information Security.
• Lead the efforts in retaining current Information Security certifications & standards adopted by the Company ( PCI-DSS 3.2 ( Level 1 - Service Provider) SOC-I, SOC II, HIPPA) and the adoption of new standards.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers involved in security assessment activities.
• Establish working relationships both Internally and externally.

• Effectiveness of all technical Information Security controls.
• Proactive monitoring, analysis and initiation of action based upon observed infosec events and behaviours.
• Timely implementation of any remediation activities identified.
• Meet project schedules and delivery framework requirements.
• Effective and efficient working relationship with customers, the ICT Team, and other departments within the company.
• Manage support issues and enquiries within a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail, problem solving, collaborative & outcome focused attitude.

• Experience at a detailed level securing mission critical data in a 24*7 non-stop environment.
• Ability to work within a team of highly specialised engineers, leveraging and sharing knowledge.

• Extensive experience leveraging security analytical tools ( SIEM, testing, trace & debug ) in detecting and responding to threats.
• An understanding of both commercial and open source development environments, languages and databases.
• Detailed understanding of and experience implementing or maintain security standards such as PCI-DSS, SOC, ISO-27001, GDPR, HIPPA, NIST.  
• Experience in strategically, tactically, and operationally furthering an organisations security posture.
• A pragmatic approach to management of information across an organisation.
• Detailed understanding in assessing the value of information, the application of classifications, categorisation, treatments and security controls.

The Mission IT Operator serves as a Mission Systems Computer Operator (MSCO) 24x7 engineering Team Member, offering direct support for detection, isolation, and resolution of ground segment problems and serving as first responder for all site issues. The position requires a broad level of knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise. 
 

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all technical baseline infrastructure is maintained at an optimal level so that Customer mission needs are satisfied

• Monitors, recognizes, evaluates, and corrects system and network problems as part of support duties.

• Is responsible for maintaining a privileged user level of access across numerous high priority systems

• Communicates via daily interface with Government and partner country senior leadership, system operators, and engineers at site and across the enterprise

• Interprets system documentation and records problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools

• Collects data describing the environment at the time of a failure

• Serves as a single point of contact for monitoring, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution

• Performs routine software functions, as required

• Escalates problems to Tier 2 level, as required, and performs call-ins, as necessary

• Coordinates with any required resources across the enterprise to resolve operational issues

• Works with other 24x7 engineering crews across multiple locations, providing enterprise level maintenance support with high Customer visibility into all actions and responses

• Provides necessary mentorship, guidance, and training to entry level engineering crew

Required Qualifications:

• A current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification – Security+ Certification

• An Active TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance and Background Investigation adjudicated within the past 4 years

• Associate of Arts Degree in a related technical discipline and related knowledge or ability to troubleshoot operational systems supported by this Program OR possesses an equivalent 3-5 years direct experience in lieu of a degree

• A broad knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise

• Good communication skills in order for the effective and accurate exchange of information across a multi-location enterprise, with Customer visibility into crew-based actions and responses

• workability to work a non-standard work week, weekends, and holidays; Shift work - 12 hour shifts (2 day shifts followed by 2 mid shifts then 4 days off)

Desired Qualifications:

• System administration experience, to include UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms

Looking for Network/Hardware technician with great communication skills that will be responsible for collection of incident information through customer conversation, and self-service support tools. Tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution ensuring a quality end-to-end customer experience. Conducts initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution for basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. Communicates promptly on progress. Your Role  

You will be responsible for the insertion of our solution portfolio and growth of our business by winning transformational business opportunities across communication service provider customers in our ANZ region with particular focus on our most strategic tier 1 customers in the territory. You will establish and nurture key business relationships at all levels and particularly with C-suite stakeholders and carry a sales target which will be retired through your personal sales success and ability to win deals. You will work closely with fulfilment partners where necessary and consult with our mainstream Ciena account team but drive your own sales and engagement strategy to ensure the integrity of the Blue Planet brand is maintained and recognized as a value-based brand to deliver vendor neutral, multi-domain and multi-layer automated service operations to the telco service provider. You will report to the head of the Blue Planet sales & business development team for the international sales region and manage a dispersed virtual team of contributors to secure your objectives. This role involves extensive travel both to customer premises and other Ciena locations at sometimes short notice.

Your Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and grow Blue Planet’s solution footprint in customer organizations
• Stringently qualify newly identified sales opportunity in both existing and new customers and present your recommendations to the Blueplanet Snr leadership team on request using established tools, templates and methodologies.
• Establish, maintain, and develop critical business relationships with key business, technical and operational stakeholders at all levels including C-suite contacts in your customer organization.
• Develop, document, and execute a business development strategy that promotes Blue Planet capabilities and solutions, aligns to customer strategy, and secures new and continued sales growth through progressive wins.
• Identify and work closely with Blueplanet technical and fulfilment partners to achieve common objectives in your customer base and provide a force multiplier effect to build the opportunity pipeline.
• Work closely to achieve your goals and foster good working relationships with other agencies in Ciena and Blue Planet including product management & engineering, solution architecture, marketing, sales, and commercial management.
• Maintain, grow and document a sales and opportunity pipeline commensurate with sales targets and manage it effectively in Salesforce.com.  Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting on a periodic basis
• Lead a virtual team of contributors in the response to customer RFx documentation or unsolicited proposals and ensure on time quality delivery to promote greatest chance of success.
• Create compelling and differentiated commercial frameworks and pricing strategies in consultation with our sales operations, commercial management & finance organization that align to customer expectations and create ongoing, profitable repeat business opportunity.
• Work closely with our PLM, engineering and delivery organization to ensure a joined-up approach to ensure customer success at all levels.
• Maintain high levels of training and awareness of market developments, customer strategies and Blue Planet portfolio enhancements.

About You:

You will have already demonstrated your ability to succeed in similar organizations and have an impressive track record that illustrates your competence in highly complex, high value transformational projects. You will have a solid technical understanding and an ability to translate the technical into business value propositions that align to your customers vision and strategic aims whilst being able to robustly qualify and identify the difference between real opportunities and technical science projects. Minimum Qualifications 

• Excellent written and spoken English with demonstrably sound presentation and communication skills.
• 10/15 Years+ experience in selling complex operational systems and services with evidence of demonstrable success in winning high value deals.
• Sound working knowledge of OSS platforms and solutions including competence in Orchestration, Assurance, and Inventory management.
• Solid foundation of established and referenceable relationship at all levels including C-suite preferred in your designated customer.
• Solid working knowledge of MS office applications with an ability to create basic working commercial models in MS Excel and translate into customer TCO templates
• BSc degree qualification at 2:1 or above in computing science or engineering disciplines is desirable.

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Our Trades Service team are seeking a dedicated Commercial Carpenter/Handyperson with experience in building services maintenance to assist our contract and facilities managers, providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients.

About the role

We currently have a full-time position for an experienced Carpenter/Handyman in the Brisbane area. As a member of the Facilities Service team, you will be reporting into the State Service Manager, where your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Undertake urgent, routine and ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on the client’s premises and equipment as directed by the company.

• Review and comment on any instructions and standard operating procedures for handyman services supplied by Cushman & Wakefield Services.

• Participate and take an active role when new equipment items are transferred from Projects to Maintenance.

• Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.

• Promote working in a team environment with work colleagues.

• Utilise the mobility solution to retrieve work order details and enter and complete all historical information within the system.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position you will bring previous experience in a similar environment. Minimum requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Carpentry/Handyman background in a Commercial, Domestic or Corporate environment.

• Relevant current Trade Qualification – Carpentry and Building

• Have current appropriate qualifications and training to issue or receive required work permits e.g. but not limited to Working at Heights, EWP.

• Experience with OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.

• Ensure adherence to all legal requirements associated with the role including, but not limited to, The Trade Practices Act, Legislation, Fair Trading Act, Contract and Employment Law

• Valid manual Driver’s Licence
