We’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procore’s products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base. 

This position is based in Sydney, Australia. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship, highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite, and deepening the customer’s attachment to Procore
• Work cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive increased spend on existing products (upsell), and lead attachment to new products (cross-sell)
• Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreements
• Periodic travel to client onsite visits

What we’re looking for:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting

As part of the global customer success organisation, this team will help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through delivering our technical accelerators. 

Manager - Technical Accelerators (ANZ) is accountable for managing a team of Technical Consultants that delivers specified accelerators. This requires the person to collaborate across business functions, customers, and partners, ensuring proper technical governance is followed to gain stakeholder support for the services offered.

· Facilitates the team’s career and development plans in order to promote individual growth as well as developing talent for the overall ServiceNow ecosystem 

· Holds the team accountable to execute using best practices and tools to deliver value to the Customer 

· Provides strategic technical thinking, building, and executing a business plan to meet team objectives. 

· Communicates and acts as the technical escalation point of contact to facilitate collaboration, decision making, and internal and customer alignment. 

· Responsible for high customer satisfaction as reflected in Customer Survey scores. 

· Promoting continuous improvement practices for accelerators and delivery/engagement materials.

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other teams such as Technical Accelerators Leadership, Global Operations, Product Success, Strategy & Portfolio Management, and management counterparts in other regions.

The role serves as a Feasibility Cost Manager & Post-Contract Cost Manager delivering retail projects.

• Responsible for project deliverables through the life of the project including Estimating, Procurement, Contract and Post Contract activities for projects value between $1m to $10m
• Develop good working relationships with client project management team and internal cost management team
• Gain a good understanding of the processes, tools and best practice templates used to meet our deliverables
• Gain a good understanding of the terminology and ways of working within the retail sector
• Providing Client with cost advice for budget purpose including cost planning of upcoming projects (New Stores and Renewals).  This may include site walks within NSW
• Clearly understand our scope of service and carry out commission management functions at project level
• Feasibility cost plans
• Manage deliverables for retail projects at different stages within a large programme of works
• Oversee 5 to 6 projects within Supermarkets and Metro workstreams
• Key point of contact at project level between T&T and client delivery project manager

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will lead a small team responsible for providing hypercare to our high risk customers. You will support and guide your team to help equip everyone with the tools to be successful. You will also attend Customer meetings, understand expectations and create / manage an execution plan. This is a hands on role, responding to our customers and working to a fast resolution.

About the Role (your why)

The Capacity and Availability Manager is responsible for the operation and improvement the Capacity and Availability Management process so that managed services and infrastructure can deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.

The Capacity and Availability Manager acts as the central point for all capacity and performance related activities between the customer, operational and project teams to is to act as the process subject matter expert ensuring systems have sufficient capacity to deliver client business needs without waste.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. What you’ll do

At the moment, as Capacity and Availability Manager you will be focused on:

• Defines and implements Availability Management policies, processes, tools and procedures
• Work with customers to obtain and understand demand requirements and patterns of business activity
• Manage an ongoing program with the client and delivery teams to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Identify efficiencies that can be implemented to reduce the cost of delivering services without compromising the quality-of-service levels
• Monitor and track delivery of services against relevant SLA’s.
• Build strong relationships and develop a sound understanding of the client’s business needs, demand requirements and patterns of business activity
• Escalate risks discovered in, or affecting, the Availability Management service

• End to end ownership and management of internal and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• Previous experience working as a Capacity and Availability Manager within a large complex multi-vendor environment

• Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment
• Broad understanding of technical concepts and frameworks

Nice to have:
