Reporting to the Senior Wellbeing and Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for embedding the Wellbeing Framework and Catholic Healthcare’s (CHL’s) new Model of Care, across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care (RAC) homes within a specific region, across Sydney Metro, Regional and Northern NSW. *Portfolio size will reduce with team growth in mid 2024.  

Working closely with the on site Lifestyle Coordinator/s and their teams of Lifestyle Assistants, you will coach and develop teams to support capability by delivering a range of systems and processes to improve quality and foster a culture of care and resident lifestyle choices consistent with CHL’s Operating Model and aligned to new and existing Aged Care Quality Standards. 

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and your passion for wellbeing and resident focussed care, will aid your success in this autonomous role. 

Your responsibilities will include; 

• Assisting with implementation and embedding CHL Wellbeing Framework 
• Contributing to the development of a Wellbeing systems, processes and programs 
• Coaching and development of Lifestyle Coordinator/s and teams within your region 
• Monitor compliance with relevant Standards for Lifestyle/Wellbeing, Model of Care 
• Identify and appropriately manage risk to improve the lifestyle experience 
• Develop solutions to identified gaps within the home and the older person's behaviour concerns via engagement / therapeutic lens  
• Co-design and deliver education programs and in-services to improve knowledge, skills, and capability in Lifestyle/Wellbeing and Model of care initiatives 
• Onboarding and related orientation of Lifestyle Coordinators 

The ideal candidate will have an innovative approach with a keen interest in understanding industry trends and have the ability to effectively influence and educate to support positive change.   

• Degree - Social Science (Div. Therapist) and/or Cert IV in Leisure and Health 
• 5+ years' exp. Lifestyle/Wellness Coordinator position within Residential Aged Care 
• Dementia Training Australia (DTA)- Dementia Essentials Certificate  
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of meaningful and engaging memory support and general innovative lifestyle programs 
• People leadership experience - supporting and developing multiple teams 
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the ACQSC Quality Standards  
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the key challenges faced by older people in RAC  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications -Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint

Primarily based at our head office in South Melbourne, you will also be spending time at our Warehouse in Dandenong South.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding short and long-term financial planning, overseeing budgets, providing insightful analysis, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with our sales and marketing teams will be instrumental in driving financial and strategic success within our organisation.

Your Day to Day

• Gather and synthesise data for Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.
• Engage in scenario planning to navigate potential financial scenarios.
• Spearhead development of comprehensive fixed budgets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor month-to-month execution of plans, balancing revenue and expense management.
• Craft detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present reports to executives and/or the Board of Directors.
• Create robust financial forecasts spanning 4-18 quarters.
• Conduct regular re-forecasting incorporating real-time market dynamics.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations to management.

Your Skills

• CA or CPA Qualified.
• Mastery of financial principles including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities to distil complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability to navigate evolving business conditions and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis tools, and enterprise-level financial software.
• Track record of fostering strong business partnerships, especially with sales teams.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and experience with NetSuite and BI tools advantageous.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated L2 Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience providing Level 2 support who is ready to take their technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Support Engineering team. To be successful in this role you are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional 'service experience'. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can demonstrate the ability to analyse complex challenges to identify and implement a solution. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.

• Good knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
• Teams and SharePoint
• Active Directory
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Excellent professional communication skills - face-to-face, phone and email
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of empathy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office Suite
• Good knowledge of basic network troubleshooting
• Commercial awareness
