About The Role
This role drives the operational efficiency and effectiveness of support operations globally through the enhancement of internal knowledge management and the implementation of process and tool improvements. This role is responsible for maintaining and enriching the internal knowledge base, conducting training sessions, and identifying and addressing gaps in existing support processes and tools.

In addition, the Technical Operations & Enablement specialist will handle a selection of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets, providing first hand insight into support operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This hands-on experience will inform efforts in process and tool improvements, fostering a cycle of continuous improvement within the team.

This role collaborates closely with the Senior Support Operations Manager and Menu & Support Team Leads, contributing to strategic initiatives and assisting in the rollout of new processes and tools. Key to this role is the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to the evolving needs of the support operations team and the broader organisation.

What You'll Need
Problem-solving: You’re someone who connects the dots and is hungry to figure out what happened and how something is broken.

Empathy: You know the pain the users are going through and strive to do right by them, providing workarounds when they are blocked by issues.

Technical skills: You’ve touched SQL and/or JavaScript in the past and know how code works.

You’ve championed bug fixes in the past before, you know the impact of issues being left out too long and how they hurt users.

Experience with observability tools like Datadog and ticketing processes.

Experience in QA or T2/L2 Support.
