We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, full-time Administration Assistant to join our Dutton One Dealership located at Moorabbin Airport. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Reporting to the Senior Administration Manager, as the Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the dealership, including providing administrative support to our Sales Executives, managing customer information, and maintaining accurate records. Your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential.

This role will see you;

• Provide administrative support to our friendly Sales Executives.
• Accurately input and manage customer information, vehicle records, and inventory data via internal systems.
• Ensure accurate banking details are received.
• Coordinate with the onsite Finance Manager to send external invoices.
• Input supplier invoices against vehicles accurately.
• Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle.
• Allocate registration to each vehicle sold as per VicRoads compliance.
• Processing online transactions.
• Assist the sales team in accurately entering vehicle sales and preparing paperwork for customers.
• Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales
• Organise and maintain dealership records, which include signed sales contracts and documents.

The Marketing Assistant is a newly created, designed to support the delivery of product marketing initiatives across all brands under Baresque Group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering a variety of tasks and exposure to every stage of product marketing, from launches to maintaining existing product information. 

Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you’ll help bring new products to market and ensure our product offerings are effectively communicated to our clients in the architecture and design sector. From coordinating sampling programs to maintaining accurate product data on websites and preparing sales collateral, you’ll play a critical part in showcasing our innovative products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate product launches, including sampling programs and collateral creation, to support the sales team. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across websites and marketing materials, including sourcing and resizing images. 
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies for both new and existing products. 
• Develop and maintain product value propositions and messaging that resonate with B2B buying personas. 
• Support ongoing market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 
• Collaborate with the Communications & Content team to create engaging product-related materials. 
• Provide administrative support to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Junior Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:

• Assisting customers with finding their favourite products on the shop floor with a smile
