Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting when needed on creative shoots & production - social content, e-commerce photography & campaigns
• Responsible for the preparation and organisation of stock for all shoots (including preparing runsheets, rail prep and steaming)
• Responsible for end-to-end sample management (pre and post shoot)
• Communicating with other departments regarding shoot requirements/ stock deadlines and styling preferences
• Responsible for post-production image coordination and editing for social & e-commerce content shoots ensuring online product deadlines are met
• Coming up with creative concepts for inhouse social & e-commerce content/ shoots (including TikTok/ Reel concepts)
• Assisting with styling & preparation on e-commerce and social content shoots

• Social savvy, highly creative and driven with a passion for content creation
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work creatively under pressure
• Content creation abilities utilising apps & softwares
• Ability to take direction to ensure brand alignment
• Styling skills and interest/ knowledge of trends/ fashion industry
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop + Lightroom) preferred but not required

 The Position

This is a high-volume Assistant Accountant – Credit Management position where the successful applicant will be employed on a full-time permanent basis at our Minto head office with the flexibility to work from home post probation (1 day/week).

 The Role

• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm;
• Credit Management;
• Monthly profit/loss reporting;
• Account reconciliation and analysis;
• Preparation of statutory reports, such as BAS, Payroll Tax, GST and FBT;
• General Accounting functions;

About you

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• You are meticulous, organised and have a high attention to detail.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years experience in a similar position.
• Strong accounting skills and business acumen.
• Great organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to follow up.
• Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Personal care assistant

The successful candidates will join our dynamic and supportive care team and will provide competent personal care, support and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team. The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing competent personal care, support and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

Key Duties:

• Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
• Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
• Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
• Check residents daily menu requirements.
• Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
• Any other task not defined but within the employees skills, as directed by the organisation.

Essential:

• Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Screening (or ability to acquire)
• Relevant Certificate III Qualification
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
