What will you be doing?

• Ensure vendor information is up to date in A/R module.
• Ensure invoices processed in the A/R ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes.
• Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account and follow-up for any missing  invoices.
• Regularly monitor the A/R ageing report and follow up on any credit notes/missing invoices.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and HR operations of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both administration and human resources.

Work schedule: Part-time role, 3 days per week (Tues, Wed & Thurs)

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

• Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are replenished in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
• Prepare and distribute documents, memos, and reports as required.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs.
• Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced.

HR Support

• Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the performance management process by maintaining records, assisting in the preparation of performance appraisal documents, and tracking employee progress.
• Manage employee records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide general HR support and assistance to employees, answering their queries and guiding them on HR-related matters.

• Part-time role, 3 days per week
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR role is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Legal right to work in the Australia, based in Sydney

About the role

• Team Global Express is currently seeking HR Drivers to commence immediately in our Eastern Creek depot.

• This is a Full Time Permanent role, 7.6 hours x 5 days/week.

• Hourly rate of $34.56 + 15% Superannuation.

• Overtime is available and will be offered on a need-by-need basis.

• You will be driving around Sydney Region.

We’re looking for an AML/CTF Compliance Officer - Australia / New Zealand to strengthen our compliance team. Based in Sydney, you will work with a growing team of multidisciplinary specialists (Product, Bank Product, Verification, Financial Crime teams) to help build world class products in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll also manage and strengthen the teams’ relationships with regulators by being AUSTRAC and the New Zealand DIA’s first point of contact, keeping everybody informed and protecting our most valuable asset - our customers.

Your mission:

• Compliance with Australia and New Zealand Financial Crime obligations and the effectiveness of the AML/CTF Compliance Programs for Australia and New Zealand, including assurance activities.
• Oversee the FCC assurance tooling and reporting to the Head of Compliance Pacific Lead, ANZ leadership team, Group team and local and Group boards regarding Pacific's compliance with fincrime obligations.
• Oversee the maintenance of local policies, procedures and controls, whilst maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with our regulatory compliance counterparts on horizon scanning.
• Ensure emerging typologies/threats and external process changes are effectively implemented and communicated to the relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Lead engagement with 1LOD FCC & KYC Operations colleagues to ensure oversight of key processes, SLA’s, QA, emerging risks, resource challenges, program changes, incidents and mitigation plans
• Manage financial crime escalations and requests submitted from 1LOD, Product and Partnership teams
• Provide guidance and challenge to 1LOD teams on the development of financial crime controls and new products or features to ensure they are effective and are compliant with local laws and regulations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to collaborate and contribute to quarterly and annual objectives
• Engage with our regulators, bank partners and law enforcement to demonstrate, and defend, Wise’s FCC Program
• Lead various compliance related projects and tasks as required.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Wise’s business and get to know many teams across the company as you liaise with them to help them understand the regulatory framework and bring together the information that our regulators need.
• Help keep compliance right at the heart of our product developments and new initiatives by horizon-scanning for new regulatory developments and sharing these with the teams.
