What Will You Do?

• Develop an in-depth understanding of, and commercial implications and opportunities for, the application of the rules-based anti-dumping framework
• Lead the execution of other domestic anti-dumping initiatives
• Support the representation of our business in all direct dealings with the Anti-Dumping Commission, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and U.S, EU and other Government trade agencies in international trade remedy and FTA matters
• Contribute to providing guidance to the business to ensure understanding of relevant trade implications of decisions, actions and strategies

The Role

This newly created role sits within our commercial team, which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload. We're seeking an entry level Service Desk Analyst to join the newly established Service Desk team. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our internal staff. This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing user training and documenting technical issues. Due to the team requirements, it is essential to work in our head office in Sydney CBD one day per week.

As our Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with our IT Operations team.
• Procurement and management of hardware & peripherals (laptops, mice, monitors, headsets).
• Issuing swipe cards for our Sydney Head Office.
• Managing application provisioning for all cross functional tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Okta.
• Managing virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, GoogleMeet.
• The remote management of company technology via security software.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on MacOS, iOS, Windows and Android.
• Troubleshooting IT issues across the entire Employment Hero business.
• Working within data protection compliance with ISO27001.
• Participating as a project resource for IT Operation initiatives.

About you

About the role

Initially we are looking for someone to join our team on a 3-month contract with a view of being made permanent after the initial contract period.

This will be a hybrid 3-days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) office base role within our awesome Darlinghurst office. On these days we provide paid lunches, which ranges from amazing healthily salads, taco Tuesday to build your own burger day.
