How you will make an impact Are you a dedicated and experienced Psychologist with a passion for working with neurodivergent adult women and familiar with the neurodiversity affirming paradigm? Cabrini Women's Mental Health is seeking a Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll celebrate neurodiversity by providing affirming, strengths-based assessments, and support to our clients also experiencing mental health difficulties. As a specialist in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, you'll play a key role in leading our neurodivergent assessment and support services. This exciting position offers you the chance to develop a new, inclusive assessment centre for adult women, supported by a recent grant. Key Responsibilities:
Familiarity in neurodiversity affirming practice and the mental health issues facing women with neurodiversity
Conduct assessments using tools like ADOS-2, MIGDAS and DIVA-5 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults).
Provide individual and group therapy that acknowledges and supports the unique neurodivergence of each client.
Lead the creation of best-practice protocols for a new assessment centre, setting a standard for neurodiversity-affirming care.
Collaboration with autistic people with lived experience in further developing our program and supports
Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, fostering holistic and inclusive approaches to mental health care and providing education to staff around neurodiversity affirming practice
Contribute to clinical leadership, sharing your expertise to enhance the mental health of neurodivergent women.

Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Psychologist with AHPRA.
Experience in the assessment and diagnosis of autism and ADHD.
Specific training in assessments such as ADOS-2 or MIGDAS and DIVA-5 is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A genuine commitment to celebrating and enhancing the lives of neurodivergent women.
