Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:

• Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile

• Being an expert in stock handling by making sure our products are in date and listed at the right price
• Creating eye-catching displays of our ALDI special buys
• Keeping the store tidy, organised and looking great

Some of the key specifications in our Project Management team include:

• Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation.
• Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Develop a project programme, monitor progress and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigations, review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance.
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc.
• Assisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documents.
• Liaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track.
• Tender research, collating potential bid work.
• Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.

About You

• Previous experience in store leadership roles ideally within the retail or hospitality industries

• Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success

• Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports and budgets

• An ability to develop teams and evoke a positive and fun working environment

We are looking for an EA superstar to join our high performing EA community. Providing executive support to Rest's CPO and the People & Culture Leadership team you will work closley with the Business Manager across all apsects of the P&C team. 

• Provide executive support to the CPO and the P&C LT
• Managing onboarding of new starters, building out induction programs, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc.
• Acting as the first point of contact for the CPO for their team and other executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities that support the engagement, development and planning for P&C; such as P&C team meetings, monthly newsletters, volunteer days, activities, offsites, training, etc.
• Coordinate and attend meetings for key stakeholders with the CPO 
• Post invoices for the CPO, reconcile the CPO’s expenses and monitor budget.
• Support the ongoing communications within the team.
• Managing the CPO’s diary and manage LT annual leave.
• Assist CPO and LT with putting together/ refining presentations.
• Build presentations/dashboards that can be used to show an integrated story of the deliverables of the P&C team.
• Become a valued member of our EA Community of Practice by working with the other EAs to attend monthly meetings and participate in related activities that contribute to a high performing EA community.
