Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service. You will be assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant (Quartier Bistro & Bar), In-Room Dining and Conferencing/Events. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for ensuring that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing, while also maintaining financial and service quality and targets. Your duties will include:

• Providing for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
• Liaising with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
• Set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and conference service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
• Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the restaurant and conference centre to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

• Conduct guest arrivals and departures during the overnight shift
• Confidently provide personalised, proactive guest service

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs of equipment with a focus on elevating work platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers. May work with other types of equipment on occasion such as hydraulic hoses, small diesel engines, etc
• When attending to customer’s sites make every effort to repair machines on site limiting the need to transport the machines off site
• Be available to travel including overnight accommodation when requested
• Responsible for completing all appropriate paperwork and inspection forms required by JLG policy, ANZ Standards and customer and/or site requirements in a timely manner
• Responsible for notifying the Field Service Coordinator if repairs or services can’t be completed during visit and the reason why, where required providing information for the ability to provide the customer a quote
• Providing a superior level of customer service
• Liaising with technical support including the interpretation of manuals where required
• Conduct van audits and stock takes
• General administrative duties relevant to the role including entering accurate job notes
• Generating sales and service leads where possible and collaborating with the team
• Maintain personal retail labour utilization rates as per target
• As a Field Service Technician you are also required to carry out general duties from time to time as requested by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a similar role – experience with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical advantageous
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
• Ability to establish rapport with internal and external customers
• Drivers licence
• Proficient Language, Literacy and Numeracy including the ability to write job notes, read safety information, machine manuals and street signs and understand basic numeracy such as time, parts numbers and quantities
• Ability to travel 25%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Trade qualification in elevating work platform technology, heavy vehicle, diesel, automotive, auto  electrical or related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
• Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications that allow for transferrable skills to adequately use our Baseplan system and email
• Working at heights license

Please note this role is for work hours between 23:00 - 07:00

• Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
• Operate telephone effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to Accor policy.
• Transfer all details on the registration card to the guest reservation in Opera accurately and efficiently, ensuring that future stays are updated with relevant needs and requests.
• Be versed in the VIP arrivals and special requests for the day. 
• Be aware of group activity and crew movements, liaising closely with the Front Office Supervisor and/or Duty Manager, and assisting as required to prepare for such activity. 
• Have extensive knowledge of the Opera Front Office system with respect to reservations, check in, cashiering and check out.
• Be fully versed on hotel downtime procedures.
• Balance credit card and Food & Beverage point of sale transactions to journal reports for the approval of the Night Manager.
• Have an extensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities. 
• Restock Front Desk with full stationery and supplies in preparation for the next day.
• Program wake-up calls and ensure they are delivered.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.

With our continued success, we have an exciting opening for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager. This role will support the day-to-day management of services delivered by Inlogik, ensuring we meet the contracted deliverables for the customer. This includes direct management of several key systems and processes which span Support, Product & Service Delivery teams. This role requires some face-to-face involvement with customers on an infrequent basis, including acting as a single point of contact for specific high-impact customer issues and management of Inlogik’s response to these issues. This role is also expected to manage key process improvement projects from scoping through to completion.

The day-to-day may look like but not limited to: 

• Direct management of several key systems and processes in providing day-to-day.
• Provide assistance in directing Inlogik teams to meet the demands of the customers’ business requirements. This will involve assisting in prioritising and coordinating Inlogik service delivery activities to the customer.
• Drive and participate incident and problem management representing customer interests. Formalised rostered responsibility for customer support for major incidents i.e. something that significantly impacts customer’s line of business.
• Ensure an accurate alignment between Service Delivery and technical delivery whilst communicating major service outages and/or escalations.
• Accountable for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
• Addressing any issues impacting customer satisfaction targets in conjunction with relevant stakeholders when required.
• Manage improvements in the service delivery processes.
• Ensure all SLAs are met through analysis and presentation of SLA reporting, ensuring any direct impact is dealt with appropriately.
• Coordinate planned changes with Customer Representatives, Change Management, and Service Delivery.
• Support the Account Manager's and Technical Support Specialist's on new services and/or expansion of services, providing guidance on service delivery and performance expectations.

• Point of contact after Inlogik support team for clients.
