This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. This role is accountable for supporting customers through claims lodgement and information gathering in order to assess claims. The Claims Service Consultant will also assess low complexity claims as well as assessing and initiating appropriate support options tailored to the customer’s needs where appropriate.

• Driving innovation with Engineering teams and identifying opportunities for new feature or product to be validated

- Financials and opportunity Management

• Value analysis: the Product Manager builds a view on the key elements of our solutions or potential solution to bring value to the targeted market and the ability to quantifying using a variety of techniques. This will require the ability to create estimation using informed assumptions as often the detailed data analysis is not really possible.

• Understanding of the market (various segments and rough view on the sizes) and potential pipeline and targets. As a result the Product Manager will also maintain the product packaging for optimum performance based on the markets. Perform competitive analysis of other market solutions potential 3rd party solutions available on the market.

• Pricing: especially with new products this can prove an uneasy activity if not handled structurally and combined with the fact that there is a significant amount of subjectivity. The key aspect is to show how pricing/revenue can be maximized. Pricing is driven by the value generated and/or the willingness to pay. A product manager is key to help drive this willingness to pay by demonstrating the value of the product and convincing the customers and markets. The construction costs only come as a last measure and mostly as part of a business case validation.

• Business Case: The Product Manager prepares and maintains the business case for products, evolution and packaging.

The key objectives of this role are to maintain and increase Rentokil's Initial sales and customer services, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. The role also sees someone providing leadership, training, and development to the customer services team and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who will lead by example.

The main duties for this role include:

• On-going training, development, and coaching of the team to support high performance and ensure team members have a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities
• Monitor individual and team performance to build customer service capability and high-performance customer service outcomes
• Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from Commercial and Residential customers
• Develop and support a positive team culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of Customer queries and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer enquiries
• Managing customer escalations and liaising with internal departments to resolve complaints
• Report on a daily basis activity and results
• Providing administrative and account support including month-end processes

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience with customer service in a leadership role
• Essential Experience in working and/or running a call center
• The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Time Management and Organisational Skills

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screen as well as reference checks.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively managing assigned customers;
• Ensuring a superior level of customer service to facilitate client access to Medilaw Independent Medical Exams and other Medilaw services according to the client's needs; 
• Promptly answering the phone to all clients and managing appointments and appointment related inquiries in line with Medilaw procedures;
• Delivering superior customer service & client liaison to our key stakeholders;
• Actively promoting new products/services to assigned existing clients.
