The Sales Planneris responsible for managing all aspects of the regional sales plan from liaising with HQ / manufacturing right through to the creation of the wholesale and retail plans. This includes forecasting sales / orders taken and ensuring that customer demand levels are managed effectively through production availability. This is a new position which will enable the successful candidate to develop and define inventory, forecasting and targeting methodology to support the achievement of business objectives.

For the Sales Planning Lead we are looking for:

• Experience working within the automotive industry essential
• Previous experience working within a sales planning environment essential
• A good understanding of the retail, wholesale and production planning required
• Experience working across multiple markets is beneficial
• Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
• Experience managing projects
• Previous experience with SAP desired

About the Role

This is a new position in the team, reporting directly to the CFO, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the leadership team with strategic financial insights. If you have a strong background in financial management and a passion for optimising business performance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

 • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives.

 • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, taxation laws, and other relevant regulations.

 • Manage cash flow, banking, and investment strategies to maintain financial health.

 • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

 • Monitor and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

 • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

 • Influence and collaborate with a small finance team.

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior Financial Accountant who will ensure compliance with accounting standards, timely month-end closing, drive our technical accounting expertise, and support the financial health of Ofload through accurate and timely reporting.

This role oversees revenue and COGS recognition, manage and complete the monthly close process, and reconcile the consolidated balance sheet while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes.

What you’ll do:

• Compliance and Technical Expertise:
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in drafting technical accounting papers and policies to support complex accounting positions.
• Month-End Close:
• Perform and oversee the monthly close process through the preparation of journal entries and detailed reconciliations.
• Oversee the month-end recognition process for revenue and COGS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
• Balance Sheet Management:
• Manage and reconcile the consolidated balance sheet, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all accounts and ensuring it reflects the true financial position of the company.
• Audit and Tax Coordination:
• Act as a key liaison with external auditors and tax accountants to ensure timely and efficient compliance with statutory obligations.
• Process Improvement and Collaboration:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial processes with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA/CPA fully qualified.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong experience in technical accounting treatments, including AASB16, revenue recognition, goodwill & impairment, and share-based payments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Financial Controller to join our finance team. As a Portfolio Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of our diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.

Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide financial leadership and oversee all facets of finance for three properties
• Ensure timely and accurate production of financial reports, data and P&L
• Complete Monthly forecasts and annual budgets
• Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive team culture
