What you will do: 

Reporting to the GM Technology, you will collaborate with corporate and IT departments to develop initiatives and solutions that improve stakeholder returns, customer service and business efficiencies via technology and process improvement. This is a fixed term contract position, until October 2025. 

You will also: 

• Have accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work. 
• Improve processes and optimize the company's digital presence and performance. 
• Identify and resolve business process and technology issues. 
• Work closely with managers and end users to analyse complex business problems and determine an IT solution. 
• Gather data and analysis of business and user needs. 
• Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals. 
• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system. 
• Drive the transformation of business data into actionable information through managing the ETL, Modelling and potentially machine learning processes. 
• Drive data innovation through identifying and integrating new data sources and re-leveraging existing data for enhanced capabilities.

• Experience in product Architecture and Design Best Practices

• Experience with Cloud Solutions and/o rRDBS 
• Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors. 
• Understanding of clear Process Flow Analysis 
• Some technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and experimentation to support our product strategy development.

The ideal candidate will analyse and interpret complex datasets from our customer-facing e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, and medical consulting platform.

In collaboration with Product and Tech teams, they will provide actionable insights to drive key product decisions, running experiments to evaluate product changes and guide strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Use SQL to query, analyze, and extract insights from large, complex datasets related to e-commerce sites, market trends, telehealth platforms, and customer feedback.
• Experimentation: Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, measure product changes' impacts, and inform decision-making.
• Product Metrics & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain Looker dashboards to track KPIs, standardize product performance metrics, and monitor features.

At Leidos Australia, we operate a 24x7x365 Central Processing Cyber Security Operations Centre (CP SOC) capability, with the Department of Defence. CP SOC works collaboratively with the Defence Security Operations Centre (DSOC) to assist in defending one of the largest and most complex ICT networks in the southern hemisphere.

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team member to achieve Defence mission outcomes.

This is a permanent role that requires the successful applicant to working on a rotating shift roster (typically 12 hour shifts) onsite at HMAS Harman in Canberra.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, working within a 24/7 Security Operations team, you will monitor networks and endpoints for security events, alerts, active threats, intrusions and compromises and perform triage.  Depending on the issue you may manage the event end to end, consult with your peers or escalate as appropriate.
