We are currently seeking a full time dedicated and experienced Wellness Policy Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and shaping our planning policies while providing valuable policy advice to both our patients and the organization
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of policy development and a passion for creating positive and impactful changes in the healthcare landscape.
Candidate can speak fluently English and Vietnamese or Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement wellness policies that align with organizational goals and promote a healthy environment for our community.
2. Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of existing wellness policies, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with current health guidelines and industry best practices.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and organizational decision-makers, to gather insights, build consensus, and address diverse perspectives in policy development.
4. Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends, research findings, and advancements in wellness and healthcare policy. Use this information to inform the development and adjustment of policies to reflect current knowledge and industry standards.
5. Communication and Education: Develop clear and concise communication materials to educate employees, community members, and relevant stakeholders about wellness policies. Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance.
6. Advocacy and Public Relations: Act as an advocate for wellness initiatives within the organization and the broader community. Represent the organization in public forums and collaborate with external entities to promote wellness awareness.
7. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of wellness policies. Recommend adjustments and updates based on feedback, changing circumstances, or emerging health trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or a law degree
• Proven experience in developing and implementing policies, preferably in a healthcare or community setting but not necessary as training will be provided
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable policy recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for promoting health and well-being, along with a commitment to creating positive social impact.

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000

The purpose of the roles is to help deliver the strategic agenda for FR&A. This will involve delivering value-adding, insightful reporting and analysis to the Board, CEO, CFO, ELT, Executive General Manager Group Finance, and Group Treasurer, Investment bank, relating to the strategic direction and performance of the Group.

Your responsibilities are varied, ranging from being the key business partner in Group Finance for selected Business Units and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring the successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards, quarterly trading updates, and semi-annual results for the Profit Announcements, to providing ad-hoc value-add analysis to FR&A’s key stakeholders.

Key duties could include:

Investment spend forecasts and insights for senior management as well as reporting on the effectiveness and efficiency of the investment portfolio and resources.
Successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the Group's monthly “flash” result to the CEO and CFO
Successful co-ordination, execution and delivery of the monthly financial dashboards to the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and the Board
Assist in the preparation of external results reporting on the investment portfolio and preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Review memos.
Ad hoc analysis of the project delivery workforce and allocation of funding with focus on optimisation
To provide independent review of strategic equity investments and transactions and advice to the Group CFO
Engage and partner with stakeholders across various parts of the Group.

Your experience could include:

CA / CPA qualification or working towards
Business related degree (commerce, economics, business, finance, accounting)
Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial management (e.g. budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and analysis)
Well-developed numeracy and analytical skills: identifying key issues, trends and themes
Strong data analytics, MS Excel and SQL knowledge, highly desirable
Good commercial acumen and attention to detail
Understands business drivers to provide genuine business valued output and analysis
Actively builds relationships within and across business streams, functional areas and regions
