This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who require assistance and understanding during their recovery journey. Your new role Support the CTP claims team through coordination and completion of various administrative tasks Build and maintain strong relationships by ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders Respond to internal, customer or employer enquiries within required timeframes Accurate & efficient data entry including making payments and uploading/updating records Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.
