What this job involves:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our NSW Hotels & Hospitality Group. In the role, you will support our Investment Sales and Debt Advisory business.
A snapshot of the role:
- Support to Sydney and wider ANZ team in securing listings, marketing and closing of hotel real estate transactions
- Conduct hotel pricing assessments and general operational underwriting and analysis
- Support the investment sales team in improving the data management and collection for the Australian hotel market
- Assist in both preparation and presentation, market updates, proposals and other investment materials to clients and prospective investors
- Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars and leveraging the existing relationships of other business units
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in hospitality real estate, finance or relevant consulting
- Degree in Business Finance, Hospitality and/or Real Estate
- Detail orientated with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal
- Comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends in the tourism industry as well as hotel and resort operations
