Your day-to-day.

• Implement and oversee the setup and configuration of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to specified parameters and goals.

• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with media partners to discuss strategies and updates and ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
• Responsible for organizing and trafficking video assets weekly using CM360, ensuring proper management and distribution in line with campaign requirements.
• Monitor and manage monthly budgets while overseeing financial aspects to ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial limits.
• Work with brand teams to determine media weightings, prioritize assets, and ensure effective asset management aligned with overall brand objectives and strategies.

What you'll bring...

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, focusing on pivotal channels like BVOD, YouTube, and Programmatic video.
• Proficiency in Google platforms including DV360 and CM360.
• Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and analysing results.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable making decisions based on data analysis.

• Lead and manage large scale health projects as the key client interface.

With growth forecast in our Rural and Agribusiness division, we are looking to expand our transactions team in Queensland with the appointment of a Director for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.

Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, you will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy and sheep assets, permanent crops, grains and pulses, other pastoral operations and intensive farming land. You will provide leadership within the Agribusiness transactions team in accordance with agreed budgets and objectives of the Business Plan and the respective KPI components of the national business plan.

The scope of the role will include:

• Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.
• Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
• Analysing the sale of properties and client’s probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
• A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier’s product lines via referrals both ways. This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.
• Preparation of marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements that are at high standard with a focus on details.
