Role Purpose: The Data Centre Operations Supervisor is a key position responsible for overseeing the Data Centre Logistics Co-Ordinators and staff, ensuring seamless logistics operational functions. This includes inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, trucking coordination, and the generation of operations documents. The role also involves collaborating with the DC Manager and other departments to meet customer and company requirements efficiently. Role Accountabilities:

Ensure operational processes align with customer and company policies
Direct, monitor, and manage Data Centre Logistics Co-Ordinators and staff activities
Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity
Set priorities, delegate tasks, and manage workloads within the team
Coach and mentor the team on best practices and implement training for improved performance
Meet financial targets and implement the company's Labor Management Program
Conduct department and staff performance reviews in accordance with ISO 9002 accreditation
Ensure compliance with WH&S policy and procedures
Assist in the development of operational proposals and activity costing
Attend meetings, town halls, and working groups as required

On behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), AHA's team of data collection officers will work with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to collect data that will help the NDIA measure the impact of the NDIS on its participants and inform quality improvements to the scheme.

The role involves making outbound calls to people with a disability who are registered with the NDIS (and/or a carer/family member) to collect accurate data about their experience of the NDIS.

Working days are Monday to Friday and the team work between 9am to 8pm. Each team member completes one 12-8pm shift per week, with the remainder being 9-5pm. There is the option for full-time or part-time hours (minimum 22.5 hours), with the possibility of ongoing work.

This is not a typical call centre role. The focus will be on engaging NDIS participants and families/carers with empathy and patience to collect high quality data. It is not just focused on efficiency and KPIs.

We're looking for people with the attitude and aptitude to utilise their skills in this important role. This role would be well suited to people who have worked in the disability, health, education or social services sector, or people who are currently studying in a relevant discipline.

• Support the Campaign Managers in the day-to-day management, implementation and organisation of all digital advertising campaigns
• Provide accurate and timely end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth
• Attend sales WIPs to communicate any challenges in meeting campaign start dates

Experian Data Quality (EDQ) is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our high-performing Data Quality Team. EDQ is a global leader in providing data quality software and services. We help our clients to proactively manage the quality of their data through world class data validation, profiling, enrichment, matching, data governance and migration capabilities. With flexible SaaS and on-premise deployment models, Experian Data Quality software empowers organisations around the world to take control of their data, drive efficiency and maximise customer experience.

 

This role will focus on Partnerships in both our Data Quality Management and Contact Data Validation solutions, covering key verticals. Partners may include other software vendors, resellers, consulting firms and system integrators.

• Executive presence and experience in presenting to technical teams, senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Work very closely with the direct sales team with a collaborative, optimistic approach, showing the willingness to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• High attention to detail and motivation when handling multiple tasks and working with a range of stakeholders across Experian, partners and clients.

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing

 

• Developing and implementing partner sales, marketing and expansion strategies.
• Achieving a new business sales target via partner led and partner supported. These partnerships will be aimed at finding and closing business with EDQ solutions sold to or through the partner network.
• Promoting Experian’s brand to partners, customers and prospects via marketing input, webinars, presentations and referrals.
• Supporting on meetings with the Global Partnerships team discussing and implementing strategies to expand EDQ’s partner channel.
• The candidate will be responsible for taking the Partnership from initial concept introduction to contracts, opportunity sourcing and execution. This will involve engaging and managing a complex stakeholder ecosystem of Partner decision makers, salespeople, technical consultants, delivery, legal and procurement. 
• Responsible for a minimum of 25 partner/client meetings per month, including regular cadences with key contacts, net new contacts and facilitating client meetings with partners and account managers.
• Lead sales enablement sessions for Partner sales teams and work closely with Presales to deliver technical enablement for sessions and product demonstrations.
• Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business.  Take personal responsibility to ensure you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers.
• Attend and contribute to weekly sales training workshops, deal reviews and forecast meetings which are all at the core of Experian’s high-performance environment.
