You will work with leading technologies and be supported by a highly experienced team to deliver the information, analytics and capability needed for Xref to be a customer focused, data driven organisation.

You will design, build, run and support cloud-based data processing platforms, real time workload and streaming data flows in a large utility environment. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Software design 
• Software deployment on AWS 
• Data design 
• Develop, test, and maintain data/software applications to extract data from diverse and scattered sources, and transform and load it into several different storage systems. 
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications to connect and extract data from diverse external APIs 
• Create AI systems to process unstructured data to solve classification and dimensionality reduction problems. 
• Implement, manage, and upgrade data infrastructure and software applications for the numerous present and coming data workloads.
• Collecting requirements for the development of new data systems.
• Compose extensive documentation on software applications, data assets, data lineage, and data products. 
• Give support on data and data system matters as SME, sharing best practices on software design and data handling.

Our group is growing fast and we need a person who can lead business development for Data Services business for Visa’s Seller and Non-traditional clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. This role requires close collaboration with Data Science delivery team within Visa locally and regionally. The Director of Business Development will manage multiple clients and partners to expand data services business.  

Core responsibilities will include:

1. Create a growth strategy for the data services business.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales target and expand customer base.
3. Identify, negotiate and close business deals with potential clients.
4. Partner with functions across Visa (e.g., Data Science, Regional Centre’s of Excellence, Merchant Sales & Acquiring and Client Services) to collaboratively see opportunities.
5. Establish proficiency in Visa data services and communicate Visa value propositions for our clients.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the industry trends, market activities and competitors.
7. Collaborate with data science SMEs to align solutions with client/ market needs.
8. Provide detailed update to the LT on revenue, sales target and client satisfaction.
9. Document processes, key findings which can be used for learning and development across the team.

Day -to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Develop compelling client proposals to meet sales targets including pricing and delivery resource model requirements.
2. Meet new and existing clients and partners to pitch data solutions.
3. Project manage client engagements including contracting and billing process.
4. Prepare project materials including data requirements and frameworks.
5. Deliver compelling client presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly.
6. Playback results and success of program to clients, leading to renewed contracts and program extensions.

The Data Services team at Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) plays a pivotal role within the Global Data Solutions organization. Comprised of dedicated data scientists, analysts, and engineers, we help major companies through analytic solutions. Our main objective is to build solutions that empower our clients leveraging one of the largest datasets in the world, VisaNet.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

As the Traffic Coordinator within the Multichannel Traffic Team, you will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per requirements agreed between the National Sales Team, Clients & Agencies and in line with industry legal requirements (Free TV Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice) as well as National Traffic policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Accurately produce multiple daily commercial transmission schedules across our multi channels as per our schedule production deadlines
• Ensure all schedules and material application adheres to the requirements of the Television Industry Code of Practice and any further directions from ClearAds
• Ensure all sponsorship spots are scheduled as instructed by the Sponsorship team and any exclusivity clashes are reported to the Sponsorship team asap and prior to finalisation of logs
• Schedule sport as instructed by the Sports sponsorship team
• Assist Network Sales with late bookings and produce amendments due to these late changes
• Complete the previous days reconciliation (Debrief) resolving any discrepancies between the scheduled log and the as run log
