As a Sales Coordinator for Nine, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nine portfolio of TV and Online assets, working across a client base of national brands.

In this diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Sales Executive and work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as media and advertising agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the business.

Day to day you will:

• Provide regular reports to clients and the team on the delivery of campaign
• Conduct campaign optimisation foe efficient integration and media use as well as customer satisfaction
• Monitor delivery, proactively optimise performance and report progress against client goals
• Generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc and month end delivery reports and billing
• Assist in developing business within the account, identifying opportunities to up-sell and grow the business
• Accurate processing of advertising bookings and efficiency in relation to advertising operations processes and procedure
• Pro-active post analysis of advertising campaigns (in association with ad ops) to ensure continuous improvement
• Meet deadlines and quality measures in relation to preparing props for client presentations

As a Senior Data Engineer you will;

• Be the VoZ and Total TV SME for the Streaming data squad

• Design and implement data models that meet business needs and enable efficient querying and analysis.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, load, and transform data into data warehouses.

• Ensure pipelines are reliable, scalable, and efficient, considering data volume, velocity, and variety.

• Implement data quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability.

• Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively resolve issues.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for incidents.

• Contribute to the technical design and vision of the data platform.

The role of the Nine Audio Account Executive is to work closely with the Sales Executives in Nine with key tasks in achieving revenue targets for an assigned media agency portfolio.

The Account Executive for Nine Audio is a major day-to-day contact for the media planners/buyers and is ultimately responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our advertising agencies and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Providing professional support and co-ordination as well as performing administrative project work using software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
• Liaising with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
• Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns - such as confirming bookings with agency/client via email or phone

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing and setting the technical direction for a team of software engineers to design, craft, and maintain high quality software products and solutions that support our business operations and our requirements for handling business critical data.
